They were sooo super patient with me even though I was really nervous, they really helped keep me calm through the entire process. They do offer a sedative if you have anxiety or claustrophobia. I went to this location for steroid injections 3x over the course of 6 months…read more There were inconsistencies on when I heard from a nurse to schedule a time and receive preop instructions - sometimes it was days before; sometimes a day before. Overall, the staff was efficient and friendly. Augustine was my nurse all 3 times and her bedside manner was extremely empathetic and kind. She was very patient with me on my first visit as I was a little anxious about anesthesia. Eventhough I didnt get relief from the injections, the service and the facility were a standout.
