I just needed that extra check up for peace of mind, since my doctor only sees me once a month, and I can say she really helped me feel at ease. The space itself is beautiful and calming, and I'm already looking forward to pregnancy massages there. If you need to use this facility, call 30 minutes before your appointment to verify it's still happening. A confirmation text means nothing. I was told I could either wait or leave and they would call me when it was my turn. I chose to leave and received a call at 1:20pm saying they were ready for me. The oncologist sent over the two MRI orders along with my bloodwork and the appointments were made and paid for. They told me they couldn't give me a refund since they use a third party to set up appointments and process payments., so now I have to wait on a refund from the third party and then reschedule at a different facility. So aggravating.

Scheduling imaging was a nightmare. My doctor's office faxed my order repeatedly, but they kept insisting they "never received anything." They told me they would call within 24-48 hours; it has now been five days with zero communication. I kept calling to follow up, and every time I was met with excuses, confusion, and the same useless runaround. The customer service is atrocious, the communication is nonexistent, and the staff's attitude is downright unacceptable. This is easily one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise anyone to stay far away.
