Called an hour before close no answer so drove over just to be told the provider left early for an emergency. When I mentioned I tried to call and wouldn't have driven all this way if they had answered their phone she went back to ask the provider if we could be seen anyways (apparently they DIDN'T leave due to an emergency?) Got turned away because the provider "really does have to leave for an emergency". All this to say, don't waste your time they do not want your business and/or to help you and your child. read more

We went to urgent care on 4/13/2025, but because they weren't able to verify my insurance we had to pay $150 out of pocket and were told they'd refund us once insurance was verified. The next day I called them and they confirmed insurance was verified and asked me to contact their billing department for a refund. Since then, I've contacted their billing department, front office, and management over a dozen times in the past 4+ months with no refund. It's been frustrating to say the least. Not one person is able to help. I've emailed and contacted their patient advocacy and still nothing. If anyone has the owner's information please let me know as this is unacceptable. read more

Update: when I took my son here Dr. told me it was a "stomach bug" even though I told the her he had blood in his stool. She told me to wait a week that he would get over it and no testing was needed. Fast forward to over a week later, my son's actual pediatrician ran tests and it came back that he had salmonella, he has been on antibiotics and probiotics. Honestly they do the BARE MINIMUM here and it's upsetting as this could've had a more serious outcome. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! My husband took my son here because he smashed his finger. It was an open wound and would not stop bleeding so my husband took him in. The staff here is extremely incompetent and lazy. They were dismissive and said he "wasn't going to bleed out from his finger" and "the fingers are very vascular." My husband and I are both medical professionals and knew something was off. Yeah well, the next day we took him to the ER and the finger was FRACTURED and still bleeding. This is the closet urgent care to my home and when I went in there I was panicking and urgently needing help. I explained that his eyes are burning and he needs to be seen right now. The receptionist in the front told me he can't be seen right now and I have to sign in very rudely. Wtf you mean sign in???? After I said he has alcohol in his eyes I had to then drive across the street to the next urgent care who took my son in IMMEDIATELY. Waited 2+hrs in an urgent care with a child burning up fever of 106.1 Definitely would NOTrecommend to anyone. This is not an urgent care. Doctor didn't test for anything but strep throat. I left their with no peace of mind child still with a fever of 105.9. No answers just it's common in kids..I am aware being sick is common. But when a parent feels the need to bring their child to an urgent care it's because more than common has occur like nose bleeding with high fever !!! That's warning signs ! Pounding headache and nose bleed. Not common. Don't waste your time or money in this place. To the "owner" I did all my reviews on 3 platforms. Two of which y'all send me links to via email and text message that's how outrage I am with this visit. I am continuing to tell people NOT to go there I have plenty of co workers and FB friends with kids and I will never want them to experience that !! Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences we have had with a doctor. Doctor Tisdale has no bedside manner and did not seem to care about our concerns. The wait time of the facility was great, we were in and out within 20 minutes. But unfortunately that timely service came at the price of lesser quality. When we seen the doctor for our infant daughter, she did not have time to listen to our questions or concerns. Her response to this was she "has other patients". We simply wanted to take 60 seconds to ask for clarification about our concerns but her response was "all parents say this". We do not trust the medicinal advice this doctor gave us because we feel the services were rushed and not in the best interest of our daughter. I went there Thursday night with my son, who cut his MIDDLE finger at a football game. I have never experienced anything like it. My sons finger was cut in a helmet, a very dirty thing. The nurse just rinsed his finger off in water, no thorough cleaning. The other nurse or doctor decided to glue his finger (and that is fine) but she glued her glove into the wound. When pulling the glove off she tor the would open. Leaving us the finger started bleeding again. Came in and glued it more. They also x-rayed the finger. Had to wait an hour for result ( which is fine) Got the message that there were no fractures and we got the paper from the radiologist. Friday I read the paper, and it states, no fractures in the THUMB!! Really, the thumb? She glued his middle finger!!!! What an amateur show. We have to go to a real doctor to have it checked now. Saturday. Our doctor said the finger definitely should have been stitched, AND that the tip of the finger is fractured!! But now he can't stitch it since it is plastered with glue AND infected. He is booking my son for orthopedic surgery next week. Don't go to this place, they don't know what they are doing!! This place will cost you much more money than going to the ER in the first place. read more

We came in for our son having a very bad cough and were seen very quickly. There were no other patients present. It was a week night right after 8. The staff are friendly. The doctor was very kind and explanatory. The nurse was also helpful. We went to CVS to fill the antibiotics that were prescribed and it was sent to the wrong CVS and the location we went to was minutes from closing. The staff very quickly helped us get the prescription to the correct location so that we could get it that night. We appreciated the fact that they cared enough to work swiftly and get it to the right location so our son could have his medicine. Most times doctors offices take forever to send prescriptions so this was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back. read more

They see my baby have breathing hard and they just doesn't care and we was on time, i just take 3 minutes to come back from my car and was 10:22pm and they have to closed at 11:00pm they have to do something with the time that they put in google maps o yelp or wherever, but if you say we closed 11:00pm is that you gonna closed your door at 11:00 pm, not that you gonna stop to receive people at 10:15, because they leave at 11:00pm, and also we are talking about healthcare not a restaurant or a store, is a childrens urgent care, i thing they were so much irresponsible. read more

This place is ridiculous. I drove up at 1:00 and filled out paperwork in my car. They texted to tell me they were ready for us at 1:18 pm. We walked in and waited TWO HOURS to get seen! I repeatedly asked how much longer until they were actually ready for us, and they would keep saying we would be next. Go elsewhere. read more

The front receptionist was so warm and welcoming-we did not feel rushed! The doctor was very attentive and great bedside manners! So thankful for this urgent care. The best pediatric urgent care in Katy with actual pediatricians! We took our son here when he had a barking cough and labored breathing with strider and they treated him with a steroid to open his airways and a nebulizer breathing treatment. By the time we left we saw so much improvement already. They worked with our son to help him feel comfortable and at ease. This staff knows how to work with children and how to help parents feel calm, informed, and cared for which is something I have not always felt at other urgent cares. I will continue coming to this location for any and all urgent needs for our son and I will be recommending it to everyone I know! If I could give zero stars I would. The first time I came in here with my oldest, they checked her weight/height and sent us to a room to wait for the dr. The dr comes in asks what brings us in, I explain my daughters had fever and all her symptoms. She checks her ears and throat and says she looks fine that she has a virus and it's just gonna have to run it's course. She recommended allergy medication. I purchase the over the counter meds, my daughters still very ill the next day so I make an appointment to have her seen again & have a second opinion. Sure enough she had strep throat. I didn't want to blame this place cause I know some times the symptoms don't all show right away, but this office didn't even swab my daughter to test for strep or anything. My youngest this week was running fever and complaining of an ear ache. I give this place another chance, and sure enough. Same thing! Dr checks my daughters temp, she had a fever of 101.3 and she was crying irritably that her ear hurt. Dr checked my daughters ear and said her ears looked fine that it was just allergies. This time I told her that's strange, you said the same thing last time about my other daughter and she ended up having strep. She explained that if she didn't get better to take her to the dr the next day to follow up. Well I went ahead and left from here and went to an urgent car - and was told my daughter had an ear infection and that they weren't sure how the dr missed it. And I was prescribed antibiotics. Moral of the story: DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. read more

We were driving from San Antonio to visit friends in Cypress when our 4 year old started crying about his ear hurting (of course it was 9pm, 1.5 hours into the trip before we knew anything was wrong!). We found NightLight on a yelp search and are so thankful for this great clinic! We walked in at 10:10pm and everyone was super friendly. Dr. Chu had a great rapport with my 4 year old and he quickly diagnosed an ear infection (our first), as well as talked with me about any other concerns I had. They gave the first dose of antibiotic as well as Tylenol so that we didn't have to go out of our way to find a 24 hour pharmacy and my kiddo could feel better ASAP. We were in and out quickly - which was great since my husband was waiting in the car with a sleeping 1 year old! I had a terrible experience on 9-2-2019 as a 1st time patient. Lack of effective patient interaction & concern, competency (nurse practitioner Seema Ahmed was quick to prescribe medication and unaware of source of patient area of concern, feeling rush through visit & unwanted do to time of day (closing). While filling out paperwork, I heard nurse practitioner Seema Ahmed asked the receptionist if my daughter was a new or existing patient. After the receptionist said new patient, nurse practitioner Seema Ahmed expressed displeasure in seeing my daughter by saying "a new patient at this time of day". After being seen, the lights were out before we could get out of the building. Based on my experience I would not recommend night light pediatric urgent care located on Morton Ranch Road ever!!! My son fell and hit his eye on a wood chair rail this past Saturday evening. He would not open it as he said it hurt to open and blink, it was watering clear liquid, and his eye was red. By Sunday it was not any better and he still could not open it without pain. I took him to night light Katy location. The doctor that saw him spent more time checking him for covid symptoms to see if it was ok for him to remove his mask than she did checking his actual eye injury. She looked at it with her bare eye for maybe 2 seconds, never used a scope and had him tell her how many fingers he was holding up. She then said he had pink eye. I told her I don't believe that is what it was because it was fine prior to him injuring his eye. I told her I even had video of it happening. She said no she believed it was a virus in his eye. I couldn't believe that she was saying it is pink eye as an injury cannot cause pink eye. It was pointless to continue to argue because she dismissed anything I said. So the next day I went to his pediatrician and after a thorough examination she believed he scratched his cornea but wanted to send him to an ophthalmologist. We just left that that appointment and they confirmed he had a cornea abrasion. The doctor we saw at night light was completely dismissive of my sons injury and would not listen to anything I told her. She caused my son to have to suffer through pain for longer than necessary by not identifying the injury and treating it correctly. I do not recommend night light Katy location. This was my first visit to this urgent care and I will not be returning. read more

I'm pretty disappointed with the transparency here. I had to get my son COVID tested last weekend and I was told 3-5 days for results. No one could tell me if they'd call me when the results came in. I've tried to call and leave a message for the nursing staff but the system keeps hanging up on me. I called and talked with the front desk and she was not very kind. She also told me it would be 7-10 business days for results. It's not worth it. That test is terrible and other places have results much faster. This has been the most traumatizing experience. I love the Cy Fair location - if you have to use them then go there and avoid Katy. read more

We brought my 4 year old son in with a fever of 104.8, shaking and vomiting along with coughing, body aches, etc. the front staff was pleasant but as soon as we saw the doctor, everything changed. To start with, she could have been no older than 26 which isn't a problem at all, so long as you know what you're doing. She quickly examined my son and told us it was simply a virus that would pass. The last time a doctor told us this, my son winded up hospitalized 3 days later so I asked her if she could please explain how his fever has been going on for 4 days and now is at 104.8. She said she wasn't worried about his fever and that we shouldn't be either. She said to not let him eat because of his vomiting and to just let it pass on it's own. I was shocked that she wasn't even willing to test him for anything seeing how bad of a condition he was in. I demanded that he be tested for strep throat and the flu because I myself am 5 months pregnant and if he did have something that was contagious such as the flu, I would need to know so that I can get on preventative treatment ASAP. She seemed very annoyed that I was asking her to do her own job and actually test my son but she finally agreed. Sure enough, the test for the Flu came back positive. Type A flu which is more severe and easily spread. She still seemed like she wasn't concerned and still said to let him get over it on his own. I choose this place because I thought they would be a little more caring with children then other urgent care facilities and I was proven very wrong. I've never experienced a doctor be so passive and not concerned with a human life before. It was infuriating to sit there while my son was suffering and have her tell me she's not worried about it and his almost 105 fever was "normal" and to not be concerned with it. By far the most awful experience we have ever had with taking him anywhere. His doctors office reopened today and I explained to them what happened and they are in disbelief that any real doctor would ever dismiss a child like this. Needless to say I had to take him to his real doctor today for a follow up and he is now under treatment for severe dehydration and fever, etc. read more
