Broken water irrigation line in front of my house. 2 broken fittings and almost completely exposed/dug out. Murray made appointment. 6 hours late for appointment with 5 calls saying 1 hour away/ wiil be a little more time etc. Takes look. says he needs to drive to Placerville about an hour away round trip for parts. Parts needed are at ACE hardware 5 mins away. . Time is 4;30 PM. Will be dark in an hour. No mention of cost. As they are rushing to leave i stop them and ask for an estimate for repair. $875 !!!!!!!!!!!. $875!!!$875!!!! Laughed and told him i would pass. Plumber came nest day from 20 miles away..Was here 45 mins, cost $225. Get screwed locally or go a clittle bit out of El Dorado County and get treated fairly. read more

Ryan Murray was a lifesaver! I was leaving on vacation and discovered a leaky outside faucet and also decided to have my garbage disposal looked at the same time. The overflow valve was flooding my kitchen counter. I turned off the whole house faucet and left. However, the outside faucet was still leaking. I called Ryan from Mexico on a Tuesday and he came out the next day. Ryan diagnosed the leak quickly, and fixed it in minutes. It turned out to be loose lug nuts, and the faucet spigot or valves did not have to be replaced. But, the blades on the garbage disposal were totally broken. Ryan ran to Home Depot picked up all the parts and new disposal, and fixed the problem. He didn't charge me for the faucet leak because it was a minor fix. Fair pricing, and was professional. This review is LONG overdue but when you get good service you need to share with others. I arrived home from TX at 2am on Saturday 12/23 to find the hot water heater gave out. I called as soon as the sun came up. Ryan said he was booked that day but would make sure to fit me in so I didn't have to go the holiday without water. Ryan showed up as promised and replaced the water heater. Next morning (Christmas Eve) there was no hot water. I called Ryan who immediately responded, giving up his time with family to find out why.
