Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!

They loved the car, and asked all about it. The best part was that they weren't trying to sell me repairs that aren't needed. They were honest and didn't talk down to me at all. I almost always come here for my NYS car inspection and I was surprised when my car started making a rattling sound *after* they replaced a part for me. I came back two weeks later expecting the worst- that I'd have to pay again for service to fix something that might be a result of their recent work. I am SO RELIEVED I was wrong! In an hour they stoped the rattling sound with a simple tightening of my heat shield and sent me on my way- didn't have to pay any service fees. THANK YOU for keeping my trust! Ideally the heat shield would have been tightened properly the first time, but I also recognize the convenience and luxury of having people work on a car for me. I really hope it's not because I'm a woman, but that's honestly how it has felt. I recently went back only because I had originally bought my tires there. One tire had a slow air leak, and I figured it would be the easiest and cheapest place to have it fixed. Instead, I was told they couldn't even "touch" the tire because it had to be replaced--and then they told me all four tires needed to be replaced. I specifically asked them to only look at the one tire because I didn't want them trying to upsell me, but that's exactly what happened. After I got very frustrated and spoke with the manager, they suddenly agreed that only the one tire needed to be replaced. This isn't the first time I've had this experience. On three separate visits for tire-related issues, they also told me I needed new brakes. Each time, I got a second opinion, and every single time I was told my brakes were completely fine. At this point, I have no trust in this business. It feels like making money comes before being honest with customers. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service.

I was too surprised to say anything further and he goes "are you kidding me??" and hangs up. The point of my story is this. It's 2025 and there are a lot of options. If you unnecessarily talk to me like I'm a jerk, then I'm not going to do business with you. In fact, I can, will, and did do business with your competitor instead. No appointments can be a tad annoying during the busy winter season but most of the time you can stop in and they fix your tire(s) or sell you replacements instantly. I would simply give them a call before you plan on stopping over to see how busy it is. I went in today because my tire was slowly leaking air. They grabbed my keys and fixed the rim & tire in less than five minutes. Customer service doesn't get better than that. Be sure to tip the person who works on your car.
