If you have read any of my other reviews, you may recall that my dental journey has not been an easy one. When I first came to Dr. Susanin's practice in Devon, I was having issues with a root canal that was ~ 7 years old. Dr. Susanin was able to identify the issues, and provided me with a series of options for moving forward. Together, we decided that given the history of my (multiple) root canals, re-treatment would likely fail in the too near future for it to be worth the time and financial investment. Instead, we decided to move forward with removing the tooth and getting an implant. It has been so refreshing to be very informed through the process of my dental decision making. Often, with health care professionals, I feel that I am not provided much insight, or the opportunity to understand what is going on. That is not the case with Dr. Susanin. He has fully informed me each step along the way and allowed me to be the decision maker while providing his professional opinion. Dr. Susanin has been dependable, easy to get an appointment with, and available for phone calls with questions and checking-in on my healing process. I'm returning to his practice today to get post extraction x-rays and evaluations before moving forward with my implant.
