I introduced my best friends to Baci on Labour Day. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to get a reservation on short notice. Most lilkely because people didn't realize Baci would be open. In any event, Patrick was his usual accommodating personality (I swear he must have a room at the hotel because he ALWAYS seems to be there) and did not disappoint. We ordered bruschetta as an appetizer - which, I believe, was presented differently than I had in the past. As I recall, last time I was there, with another friend, the toppings were separate and we added them to the bread - this time, all of the toppings were already placed - either way, it was perfect. Jane ordered the squash soup. I tried a spoonful and it was delicious Janie agreed. Grant ordered via pescara (seafood dish), I ordered my usual polpettine (spaghetti and meatballs) and Jane had the di trevi (ham, onions, and peas in vodka rose sauce). Everything was absolutely fabulous. And, of course, the portions were huge, as usual. The fact that it was half price pasta night only added to our delight. First time with my husband for date night. We ordered the Valentine weekend special. The heart shaped pizza was cute but also very yummy. The salad, the baked tortellini and the dessert were also very good. Our waitress, Samantha was wonderful, very attentive and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything. We particularly liked the atmosphere in the restaurant. If was a full house so I'm glad we had a reservation. The open kitchen and pizza area were great. My husband and I watched the chefs as they tossed the pizzas in the air and watched the kitchen staff put out meal after meal with care. We will be going back soon for another wonderful meal. Gordon could not have done a better job!!! Meal was very good. Well presented and very well prepared. Prime Rib was cooked to perfection. A little sad to find out that we had to eat off of the Valentines Day menu only as it was our first visit and was hoping to try some new dishes. No where when we booked did it say that we had to use this menu. You may want to change how that is presented on the booking web site. We also see people leave because of this. We had our daughter's baptism lunch here and we were beyond impressed! The options given by the restaurant were incredible and what you got for the price can not be beat. The food was flavorful, hot, and delicious! The service was over the top fantastic and Amber and Tamara really made our event extra special. They went over and above to make all our guests happy. So much food! We were so full. We enjoyed our own salad, I had greens and my spouse had the beet salad. Then we shared the fungi pizza, best pizza ever! Our server was Adriana who was very helpful and attentive. Other staff members came by our table to offer bread, water, more drinks, dessert and coffee. They also just wanted to know how we were enjoying our dinner. We will definitely be returning!! read more

Been going to this restaurant a few years now. Never have had a bad meal, or bad experience. Some reviews make me wonder if these people are going to the same restaurant. On my latest visit despite being quite busy the staff were attentive. My meal of the arraabiatta was delicious as always. The stromboli was to die for, and my friend enjoyed the lasagna. Very good place to eat! Whether as a couple or family, it is a luxurious restaurant that tailors to all. Service was great, so was the food. One of us is gluten free and the staff were very knowledgeable on the subject. We had a great time, food was awesome/tasty. Ambiance was really nice and the staff was amazing! Been going to Baci for years. So pleased with the chic ,new renovations. Great vibe, music and design. Amazing pasta dishes (try the Gnocchi Pomodoro to die for!). Great staff and I love the wood oven pizza too. Bonus: located in the C-Hotel so if you have a little too much to drink, boutique rooms are available! Love this place. read more

Went there for dinner with my fiancee. Atmosphere was very nice, sophisticated, yet welcoming. Food was tremendous. I am a meat and potatoes type of person, but thoroughly enjoyed the meal, as they had something for everybody. I had the filet mignon, fiancee had the chicken penne. Have eaten at Baci several times. The new renovation is stunning and the new menu is fantastic. The brussel sprouts and cauliflower steak are fantastic. I've eaten brussel sprouts so many times at restaurants and these ones didn't make me feel like I overate. I also had the gnocchi and that was amazing. Love the new space. read more

Been here 3 times and each was more satisfying than the next. The pasta dishes are always great, and the appetizers are wonderful. Try the stromboli or calamari! The bread is amazing and fresh out of the oven. We'll be back again for a wonderful date night. Never had any issues with service and we always leave impressed. read more

Nice atmosphere, although It was a little busy. Stromboli was delicious and the marinara dipping sauce was so fresh and tasty. Chicken parm was a good portion size. The other entree we got was not. The Oreo cheesecake is to die for. read more

Great place, good Italian food, wood fire pizza oven. I go here at least once per month. Nice cold draft on tap, wine selection if great. Interesting specials although I usually stick with my favourite dish - Lasagna. read more

Just had our first experience with the dish Osco Buco. It was so hot and delicious. Enough for lunch tomorrow. Can't wait.
