Food was excellent. Pasta and pizza are made fresh. Large dining area inside with additional outdoor seating. Friendly waiter. Would definitely go again.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon and we were seated right beside the pizza oven. It was pretty beat to see the staff prepare the pizza. We ordered the funghi pizza. The crust was crispy and what I liked most were the plate of spices / cheese they offer. I love my spicy foods so having the chilis on the side is a plus. Where it lost marks in my opinion was the coffee. The coffee is not what they are known for but the coffee was more lukewarm than hot. Overall, it was a good experience.

    12 oz Steak with Mash

I had a great dinner at Industria! I stopped by for dinner with a group prior to heading to the movies nearby. It was a little busy, understandable based on the location, but we were seated quickly and received our food order promptly. I tried their 12 oz steak with mash, as well as their burrata appetizer - both of which were just great. The burrata will definitely be a must order from me on my next visit.

Gluten containing spaghetti should not be in a bowl of GF penne.

I went with friends for dinner. I made it clear I'm celiac and must eat gluten free (GF). The pleasant waiter was clear the GF pasta was penne and was cooked in separate water. The bowl of penne included (at least) 2 spaghetti noodles (see photo). I clarified with the waiter that there was no GF spaghetti in house. So, either they are extremely messy in the kitchen, or, more likely, they threw the GF pasta in with the general pasta and I inherited some floating gluten-containing spaghetti. The kitchen is either very lazy, extremely careless, or has no regard for health conditions. I advise against dining here.

Came on a Sunday afternoon for lunch to celebrate our anniversary. Big open and modern vibe. Tables so not offer any privacy. Service - it took a while for servers to acknowledge and she was not apologetic or that warm when she finally greeted us. Waited for over 10 min for our server to come to our table. It was not busy at all. Server was a bit too robotic. Menu - 8/10. good variety of Italian dishes and wine selection. Flavour - 8/10- ordered calamari (tiny rings). I saw another table's and it was Piled high. 1 pizza (wood oven stove. Crust was legit, oozing with cheese, scissors to cut, fettuccine Alfredo w- chicken, chicken parm & hub changed side of pasta that comes with red sauce, to an Alfredo sauce. I asked to thicken my sauce which they did and it was good. Had to add more parm tho. Chicken parm dish- very little Alfredo sauce. Asked for more on side but it was runny. The Breading on both parm and calamari were a heavily salted. When I told the server she just said that that's how they do it. Prices/value- 7/10 calamari $11-13 was small rings, pasta dishes ($21-25)were a decent size, pizza $19 was thin but filling. Returnabilty - 7.5/10. If they are slow when hardly busy, I wonder how slow they are normally. Flavours of food were good overall except the small portion of calamari and heavily salted parm and calamari.

I'm a little surprised at some of the low reviews, for this modern chic, open-concept pizzeria and bar. Firstly, the pizza is excellent. An individual size, addictive thin/puffy crust, with yummy cheese and toppings. Pro tip: dip it in the chili oil. I also had the spinach spaghetti, which was homemade and al dente, bursting with garlicy goodness, tomato, and basil. My buddy (seen sheering the pizza here) also raved about the gnocchi poutine. The cocktails were also done well, although the beer taps aren't terrible, either. The wine list could benefit from a few more quality glasses. The large dining area grants nice visibility throughout the entire restaurant on both sides, and even the bathrooms were spunky. Overall, I was pumped to stumble upon this place in an area full of great options. Will definitely be back!

    Industria's Margherita pizza

The pizza at Industria Pizza is tasty and light. The crust is "puffed" around the edges and thin in the middle. The pizzas all seem to be the same size -- there's no "large" or "small" sizes -- but they are a decent portion, served "uncut", with large scissors. I had the Margherita pizza and it was delish. The night we went, the place was pretty busy, but our service was still attentive -- The service was attentive - having my soft drinks refilled without me asking is what I expect in a good restaurant. Cons: I had my eye on the pasta listed on the menu, but learned that they don't serve bread with the pasta - a cardinal sin in my eye. Also, the restaurant feels a bit cavernous. A few half-walls would make it more comfortable. Still, I'd go back to try a few more pizzas.

Adult pizza was just ok, but the kids pizza was really burned on the bottom, they use too much flower or probably don't clean properly the oven between pizzas. Very loud, definitely not for family with kids. The place itself is very modern with a great design. I will not go back.

    Duck confit ravioli
    Burcu A.

A group of us went to Industria Pizzeria + Bar last night for a birthday party. We started out with fried calamari, which was fine. I had the duck confit ravioli for $22.00 but unfortunately the 5 raviolis weren't enough for me (and I don't eat much) so I ended up helping my husband eat some of my his $15.50 margarita pizza. The place is very loud because of the open-concept design and lack of carpeting/upholstery, it is not condusive to conversation. The service was great, one of our servers even offered to take a photo of our table which was nice. The birthday cake that we brought with us was handled expertly. Overall it was ok, but it isn't my kind of place so I won't be going back.

I got the Spaghetti Carbonara which I loved, the cured meat and light but flavourful sauce was so good. Our server was such a sweetheart, we told her that we just got married yesterday and she came out with a complimentary Tiramisu and a nice "congratulations" on the bill... s000000 kind! Food quality was 4.5 stars and service was just average (server had to ask us to repeat our orders several time). This place offered larger than average plates for everything, so we over ordered for our dinner. We ordered two appetizers to start with and they gave us yummy bread prior to serving the dishes. The housemade butter was really good, soft and flavourful. The beet salad was refreshing. I especially liked the mushroom on toast. This dish was so creamy and the wild mushroom tasted so fresh. This was my favorite appetizer here. Strongly recommend this dish. For mains, we ordered the short rib, the ravioli, the salmon with risotto and the chicken. I didn't try the short rib. For other dishes, my favourite was the salmon. It was cooked just alright and I really liked the risotto even though I generally don't eat risotto. The chicken was seasoned well, but the spinach along with it was a bit bitter to my taste. I didn't like the ravioli. It was a bit dry, but the shrimp in the dish tasted flavourful and fresh. There wasn't too much service during our meal, but the food quality and portion was very decent. We were very satisfied with our dinner experience here.
