We like this place and we keep coming Baci for more. This is a nice little cake shop and they make a lot of homemade stuff, and it's a little locally-owned spot, so please try and fully support it. Some of the stuff is good and some of it is not to my taste, but they most definitely excel at the visual aesthetic side of things, which is what most people seem to value more than anything, so on that level I definitely recommend it, and on a taste level you'll definitely find something you love if you try a bunch of things. read more

Went in for a cup of coffee and cake. Happened to meet the owner who was friendly and inviting. Great coffee (they use filtered water), and the chocolate cake was moist and flavorful. The overall ambiance of the place was warm, friendly, good background music, free WiFi and every booth had a power plug for charging - (extremely clean bathrooms). Also got to find out they hold regular baking classes for kids ages 6 - 13. Great place to go to get work done. Noticed the place was decorated with an assortment of Valentine cookies and cakes. read more

I really, really wanted to like this spot because the folks at the register were really nice. They've been open for 4 months and are trying to build a good business base. First the positive, I enjoyed the sample cannoli. But... I actually purchased the white (vanilla) cake. The sign did not list a price for that particular cake but had other cake slices listed in the $4.50 range. After getting the receipt I realized I was actually charged $5.25 for the cake. The extra price for the cake would have been fine had the cake actually tasted good. But it was dry, dense, and not at all sweet. I'm guessing the pre-cut slices don't help to keep the moisture in, and it's also refrigerated- further drying the cake out. Overall, I think the business has set a rather high price for mediocre baked goods. read more

The shop was cute and clean but the customer service wasn't that great. I wasn't acknowledged immediately even though I was the only person there and felt like I was a nuisance. I got a slice of carrot cake to go and ate it 10 minutes later. It was disappointingly dry with a lack a carrot and abundance of spice so it felt more like a plain spice cake with cream cheese icing. The icing was quite good but didn't do much to alleviate the dryness and density of the cake. I'm not likely to return. read more

i do not recommend at all! i got the valentines sugar cookies (a box of 2) and all i have good to say about them are that they are very nicely decorated. besides that they suck! the cookies were VERY hard and it almost hurt just to bite into them. they were also expensive, almost $9 for cookies that tasted like they were made last year. if you like flavorless and rock hard but pretty cookies then this is the place for you! read more

I went into this cute place excited about having a great piece of cake. I love sweets and am quite particular about them. The ambiance is nice and the decorations are festive. However, I was very disappointed with cake. I ordered a slice of coconut cake over the chocolate. I decided to take my cake to go and glad I did. The cake was extremely dry and crumbly. The shredded coconut was dry and made for an unpleasant experience. They used buttercream frosting on the cake that wasn't very sweet but it didn't make the cake moist or flavorful. I consider myself a true foodie and would love to give this establishment better scores but I have to be honest. It is also a bit expensive for what you are getting considering the quality. We had our income taxes done and stopped at this shop next door after we were done. The place is really nice and clean. We were greeted with friendly smiles. The items on display were interesting and very well done. We bought a couple of pieces since we had eaten early. She stated that they do items for diabetics to enjoy but they were not just ready. Terrible customer service. Went in for an estimate on a custom cake. There was a language barrier. I asked what day the cake would be prepared and the lady went off on a rant about not having any days and her husband didn't want to work a full day. She ultimately told me "I dont want, go to another bakery". With service like this, I surely will. read more

So I am pretty disappointed at this place and because of how it was handled on their end I would not recommend it to anyone . Which makes me kinda sad because I wanted to like this little place. We went in another time just for dessert . It was just ok, and the husband hovered over us so we hurried and ate it and left. I was looking for a cake for my daughters 11th bday and found a 2 layered cake bottom layer rolled in sprinkles , top layer white and a fondant "k" rolled in sprinkles on top. Thought was simple. She charged me 140.00 which I hesitated but wanted it anyway . Came to pick up the cake and the k on top was a piece of paper painted yellow. I said what about the k. She said in broken English. I'm sorry it broke. It takes 8 hours to make. I said I asked you over a week ago for this why couldn't you call me or let me know. I was mad. She didn't offer a refund or a discount. I was so upset.
