I'm always impressed by the size and appearance of each crumbl cookie. They get very creative with their offerings, and they cycle them out to keep interest This location is in a great location if you're looking to do lunch, dinner, brunch, etc. there are plenty of spots to eat and relax. You might have to fight for parking, but people go in and out of the outlet parking lot at a fairly steady pace The store itself was clean, and the staff were helpful. I was in and out in literally a minute. The weekly flavors were all laid out on the ordering counter for you to see and make your decision. It smelled like a bakery, there were bakers hard at work in the back of the shop The cookies are good, but I feel like they often lack a little in flavor. Where most cookies make me want more and more, I'm usually good with one crumbl cookie (or less), but this could also be due to their massive size and ingredients Some tips: This is always a great treat to bring to the office, school, or a birthday. Join their awards and get a free crumbl cookie. Also, on your birthday you will get a free cookie. There are a variety of box sizes to choose from (one cookie, 4 cookies, a dozen, etc). And don't forget, check online to see what flavors are offered as they change every week Cheers!!

Rough day at work = 4 pack Wasn't sure what to try a couple weeks ago. So got a 4 pack. Surprising the pumpkins chocolate chip was my fav and my coworkers barely got a piece of that one. The peanut butter one was next followed by the oatmeal chocolate chip. I wasn't a fan of the brownie Sunday but the tres leches from last week was good as well. Service at this location is always quick!

Ordered a strawberry shortcake which was fluffy and topped with freshly made strawberry jam. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Ordered curbside so I didn't get to check out the inside closely. Curbside spots are directly in front of the entrance and it's easy to see what's going on inside from all the curbside spots. Curbside order was on time and ready upon arrival.

A favorite of a relative so I decided to pick some up for her Birthday. First time here and what really stood out is the sweet aroma of cookies baking. Ordering is via kiosk and it was quiet around 6:30 on a Wednesday evening. The draw is the weekly menu as the cookie flavors rotate regularly. Ordered the Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate, Banana Split (served cold) and Butter Cream. All were delicious with the Banana Split standing out. Cookies are large enough for sharing. I checked the weekly menu a couple of weeks later and the only one they were offering from my order is Chocolate Chip. So the "if you want to try it don't wait" vibe is real. Service was quick and friendly. Cookie company that quickly shot up to a Billion in sales by creating that sense of urgency and "here today gone tomorrow" offer.- lives up to the hype!

The staff is somewhat likable they do make faces at other customers when they take too long to order but it is understandable. I love the weekly changes getting to try something new. But it does get overly crowed at time and i have to wait in my car

I've had Crumbl Cookies on my radar for a little while. I was running errands inside the loop and figured I would find the nearest store so I could finally try it. The store is kind of small. I didn't realize that you have to order on a touch screen. When I walked in, there were a bunch of people waiting, and they were blocking the screens. They have one screen at the main counter and then two more on the wall right by the entrance. I stood there for a minute looking at the menu waiting for an employee to acknowledge me, before I realized it's self order. I had no idea how large these cookies were going to be! I was a little taken aback on the price (about $4 per cookie), but these things are massive! I ordered a carrot cake and pink sugar cookie. The carrot cake is served warm, the pink sugar cookie is served chilled. When the employee called my name for my order, she brought them over and showed them to me before she closed the boxes. She asked if this was my first time at Crumbl lol. The excitement must have been written all over my face. By the time I got home, the carrot cake was almost cooled down, but I did try it before it completely cooled. If you've ever had Cheryl's Cookies, these are just as good and maybe two or three times the size! They are delicious and basically melt in your mouth! The flavors change weekly, so I'm not sure when they will have carrot cake again. They're apparently opening a location in Pearland which is exciting for my tastebuds, but not so much for my waistline lol.

Worst customer service specifically with the guy working at this location. Placed an order for 3:20pm pick up. Cookies were not ready till 4:50pm. The guy moved like turtle. When asked to see the cookies he said I can look at it myself and that he has a lot of orders so he can't help me and walked away. When I checked my order.. they were not correct even though he took a long time to make my order.

I've heard of Crumbl but didn't realize we had on in the city until recently. I had a random sweet tooth and decided today would be the perfect time to try it. The brick and mortar store was clean. You order at a digital kiosk and pick up at the counter which I thought was cool. I like the fact that the flavors change from week to week and thought the packaging and service was nice. On to the cookie. I had high expectations because I heard such great things but it wasn't my preferred type of cookie. It was thick and somewhat cake like. The cookie itself didn't have a lot of sweetness since they're all adorned with icing/toppings. The icing for the sugar cookie was my favorite but there was an artificial flavoring that I didn't like, I think it may have been almond extract or something. The whipped chocolate icing was too salty which was off putting. I think the neapolitan had a strawberry cream cheese frosting which I don't think was the best pairing. I'm glad I tried crumbl and would recommend it to other cookie lovers but I think for my personal cookie preference, I'll stick with another popular cookie brand which I won't name here but it rhymes with Cliff's Meats.

Double trouble, churro, Chocolate chip, and mint chip ice cream.

I discovered this place was just down the street from my daughter's school so I made a note to visit one day if I was good on time. I came by on a Monday afternoon. It's in a nice shopping center and the place is easy to find with a good amount of parking. They had a steady stream of customers. I honestly wasn't too sure what to expect other than weekly rotating flavors which o checked out ahead of time. The place is small inside and well lit. There were people in the back making another batch of cookies and a cashier at the front taking orders. Each cookie is almost $4 each, but it's slightly less if you buy 4+, and they serve cookie-appropriate drinks. They (the cookies) look huge and it's the first thing I noticed, from the ones they had on display to show case their flavors. I originally wanted Orange Roll but they were out at 3:15 pm so I decided on churro, double trouble, Chocolate chip, and mint chip ice cream. I saw the frosting and I braced myself for a lot of sugar. I cut the chocolate half of the double trouble for my daughter when we got home and I cut half of the remainder for myself. It's SO soft and the chocolate still gooey - almost underbaked but not. I loved it! After dinner, I tasted churro and the mint chip. Churro was also soft and not that sweet - even the icing wasn't that bad! Perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar. Mint chip ice cream is DIVINE. What I thought was icing/frosting was much lighter - more like whipped cream. This one was almost melt in your mouth and "light!" I loved them all! They are HUGE and thick, a soft cookie lover's dream, AND didn't make me feel like I needed to chug water during/after (though I did have water to wash it down). I have a sweet tooth but I don't like sweets that are too sweet (a problem with many American sweets). The guy we spoke with was nice and helpful. The place seemed clean though a little sparsely decorated. ...And I think this place is now my favorite cookie spot in the city. :) It's probably good the cookies aren't cheaper or else this could get very dangerous. As it is, it might be a monthly thing for me.

Selection today: Choc Chip, Oreos, Honey Bun, Frosted Sugar Cookie, Cowboy and Raspberry Jam

Wow! These cookies are huge!! But they come out piping hot to order and they box them up quick! You can order at the register or on these iPads at the front of the store that kicks your order right into queue to be filled. I ordered a box of a dozen and it was ready within 5 mins of my order! I saw they glaze the donut fresh on the spot and add the icing right before they hand you the hot cookies! They were perfectly crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside! I cut 1/4 of each so I could try all the flavors and make one big cookie! The raspberry jam was a household favorite.. and I was told the honey bun was the best cookie this person has ever eaten! Pre-order catering and they can make the cookies smaller in size (more normal cookie size). Nice box and nice packaging so the icing doesn't smear anywhere!

It was generously sized and incredibly refreshing. The creamy coconut complemented the sweet mango perfectly, and the drink had an almost slushy texture that was ideal for a hot Houston day. For example, with the Turkish delights and ice cream selections, only a few items are labeled. For most of them, you have to guess the flavor or ingredients. This can be especially frustrating for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions. In the U.S., I would expect all flavors and ingredients to be clearly labeled so customers can make informed choices. Even if staff members are not fluent in English, having accurate labels for flavors and ingredients would greatly improve the customer experience. It took us days to eat most of the cookies, but, to be honest, we never finished them all and ended up throwing some away. Service was friendly but a bit slow considering we were the only patrons in the store. They were also out of Oreo cookie crumbles for our cookies n' crème cookie. The store was very clean. My favorite cookie was the chunky monkey, which was a cream cheese filled oatmeal cookie with peanut butter frosting, crushed banana chips, mini chocolate chips, and pecans. The strawberry BLISScoff - a strawberry cookie with Biscoff cookie crumble topping - was tasty but too rich for me. Similarly, I felt the cookies n' crème was too sweet for my taste. Since we were already in the area after breakfast at TJ's Filipino Cuisine, we finally got the chance to stop by and try their baked goods for ourselves. We arrived early, so the bakery wasn't too busy yet. The bakers were busy prepping more goodies in the back while my cousin and I browsed all the Filipino baked goods we really miss from back home in the Philippines. They even had suman, sapin-sapin, biko, and other kakanin, which was nice to see. I specifically looked for the chicken empanada, and my cousin wanted to try the ube white chocolate chip cookie. We also saw different kinds of siopao and planned to come back later to buy some before heading back to San Antonio. We tried the ube white chocolate chip cookie first, but honestly we weren't totally satisfied. It tasted more like a regular white chocolate chip cookie with purple coloring and didn't really have much ube flavor. I also tried the chicken empanada. My cousin didn't like it because it was sweeter than expected--we were both expecting it to be savory. There seemed to be caramelized sugar in the outside of the pastry, which probably added to the sweetness. I still like it, though it was definitely sweeter than what I'm used to. Red Ribbon's chicken empanada is still my favorite. Later that day before leaving Houston, we came back for the siopao we planned to take home. We finally decided to just buy a couple pieces for ourselves, heat them up in the bakery, and try them fresh. When we saw the price for a four-pack, we were honestly disappointed. It felt expensive for the size. The siopao wasn't huge, and while I like the dough, there wasn't much chicken filling inside. For the portion, taste, and quality, it felt overpriced. Overall, it's probably not worth making another trip back for us. We did enjoy the cassava ube suman, and I like the chicken empanada, but not enough to drive all the way to Houston just for those. If I live nearby, I might come back to try other baked goods, but based on this visit, I'm not sure the rest would impress my palate. I still give them credit for cleanliness and customer service, although we did notice fruit flies on one of the shelves and reported it. The staff was friendly, and the bakery itself was welcoming. At the end of the day, since they're a bakery, the expectation is great-tasting, quality, mouthwatering Filipino breads, pastries ", and kakanin. While some items were enjoyable, overall it just didn't quite live up to the hype for us.

I tried the cinnamon roll and it was excellent. The glaze was perfectly done--not too heavy, not too light--and the roll itself was soft, fluffy, and fresh. You can tell it was made with care. I also had a sprinkle cookie, which was just as good--soft, chewy, and satisfying without being overly sweet. On top of that, the service was great. Friendly, smooth, and welcoming from start to finish. Overall, it's a spot I'd definitely come back to if I'm in the mood for quality baked goods in a more relaxed setting.

It felt like a very welcoming and relaxed environment, with plenty of space and people dining and socializing throughout the cafe. I didn't try the food but did have a (Healthy) lemonade that was refreshing. Their menu is pretty extensive, with lots of baked goods, coffee, and health-conscious non-alcoholic drink options.. They also clearly label gluten-free items, and there's a nice assortment of snacks available to order as well. Parking was easy thanks to a large parking lot, and the space was clean and calm overall. Definitely a comfortable spot to hang out.. we'd happily come back.
