BJ is as honest as they come. He has mentored me in the vintage camper world. When my trailer got…read morehere, it had no AC. That doesn't work in Texas so I had BJ put one in. It was working fine but it had a faulty wire when I took it out on my first solo voyage that wire broke. This meant my heater didn't work and a fluke cold front came through and made it 46° inside my trailer. I called BJ he said I'll be there in three hours. He drove all the way over to try and fix my trailer, which he could not, and drove all the way back. He immediately called company and had a new unit to replace the faulty one in less than a week. That is the kind of service you get with BJ. He wants you to be happy. And he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are. I have nothing but good things to say about BJ and the service I get in his shop.

She bought her trailer sight unseen from a Sister on the Fly in Michigan, had it brought to Kerrville, and then started looking for someone to bring it up to speed. We were lead to BJ's RV by the high recommendations of a couple of vintage trailer folks we know in our area. Since then BJ has taken care of this gem from front to back, top to bottom. Changed out all the electrical, all the plumbing, new AC/heater, modified shower/bathroom, reconfigured bed/couches, sealed/painted, custom framed and mounted new appliances, made mount and frame adjustments. You get the picture. Always quick to work the trailer into his workshop when a new tweak or adjustment is needed or wanted. Always with with a smile and I can do that attitude... and the price is right. Always up front on the cost. Always honors the quoted price. Great work, great guy.

Since we were buying the vehicle from California I had my parents stop by and test drive it. My wife and I worked with Benjamin Gardner throughout the process and it was pretty smooth for a long distance purchase. They worked with us to complete all of the paperwork via fax and next day mail. There were a few hiccups when dealing with California taxes and registration but that's more due to our bank and the state rather than the dealership. They did try to slip a Window vin etching fee in last minute but when I talked with a manager about it, they removed the cost. I got an incredible deal (well below blue book) and the dealership handled the long distance purchase better than any other dealership I've dealt with and I've done this type of purchase 3 times now. Ben still calls in to check up on me and the truck about twice a year which is a very nice gesture. I'll buy from them again.

Had brakes and rotors replaced in Oct. 2025 and cost were just under $1000 dollars. Arrived in South Carolina 5-months later with a bad vibration and had to have them replaced again. Another $1100 dollars. Dealer there stated rear rotors were aftermarket. Checked my receipts for me and confirmed part numbers were not Ford. No warranty from Ford except for manufacturers defects, but I expect factory parts and equipment. Who warranties the aftermarket parts? Not very happy.

I was stranded four hours from home, exhausted, emotional, and not in the best shape after a long drive and a crazy work week. The guy they sent (a super professional blonde guy who's been with the company over 10 years--I'm so mad I can't remember his name!) not only arrived Jimmy John's quick but seriously turned my whole day around. Not only did he know exactly what to do, but he had me laughing with jokes while still being totally on top of things. Being that I drive a Toyota it's safety features were being a pain--it kept relocking itself and setting off the alarm while he tried to get in, so he had to pop the hood and disconnect the battery to get the keys out(which he forewarned me about). On top of it being a fussy Toyota, my driver door is messed-up & my hood latch, so I know my service was a PITA but he stayed calm and patient the entire time. I was so grateful he was the one sent out. He wouldn't even let me tip him! I honestly couldn't not have had a better experience. If you're ever locked out, I hope you get someone like him.

Zane was very friendly and professional when he arrived. The vehicle could not be started so he was very knowledgeable about how to load it by putting it in neutral to winch it up on the wrecker. Very smooth and easy transaction. Quality of service was outstanding!
