His shop drilled 7 holes in our trailer's fresh water tank while installing replacement underbelly material then he refused to pay for the $795 subsequent repair. Dinsmore also missed an obvious bent axle, even though he was paid over $100 just to inspect our rig after a serious highway accident. His "mechanic" was underneath our rig on more than one occasion removing then installing the underbelly material, so this oversight is inexcusable. His shop should be named Downer RV Repair, because doing business there is exactly that . . . a real downer.

It was working fine but it had a faulty wire when I took it out on my first solo voyage that wire broke. This meant my heater didn't work and a fluke cold front came through and made it 46° inside my trailer. I called BJ he said I'll be there in three hours. He drove all the way over to try and fix my trailer, which he could not, and drove all the way back. He immediately called company and had a new unit to replace the faulty one in less than a week. That is the kind of service you get with BJ. He wants you to be happy. And he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are. Another $1100 dollars. Dealer there stated rear rotors were aftermarket. Checked my receipts for me and confirmed part numbers were not Ford. No warranty from Ford except for manufacturers defects, but I expect factory parts and equipment. Who warranties the aftermarket parts? Not very happy.

Being that I drive a Toyota it's safety features were being a pain--it kept relocking itself and setting off the alarm while he tried to get in, so he had to pop the hood and disconnect the battery to get the keys out(which he forewarned me about). On top of it being a fussy Toyota, my driver door is messed-up & my hood latch, so I know my service was a PITA but he stayed calm and patient the entire time.
