His shop drilled 7 holes in our trailer's fresh water tank while installing replacement underbelly material then he refused to pay for the $795 subsequent repair. Dinsmore also missed an obvious bent axle, even though he was paid over $100 just to inspect our rig after a serious highway accident. His "mechanic" was underneath our rig on more than one occasion removing then installing the underbelly material, so this oversight is inexcusable. His shop should be named Downer RV Repair, because doing business there is exactly that . . . a real downer.

Messed with the wrong airbag for several hours before finally going back to the parts store for the correct airbag! We will never use them again and recommend that you call someone else if you need road service.

Seems they are buddies…read more Took my truck in and tried to convince me I needed a full reset but calling two other mechanics they said wait and just bring the truck home. Apparently, this doesn't resonate with another small business, that spending $7500 on a potential fix is normal. They recommend me conveniently to their sole go to for quick loans. Decline the service and ask for the work to get the truck starter replaced. They instead don't do the work, write it up as I decline. Charge me $900 for basically their diagnostics and then set my truck to only do 25 mph. This requires a new service call by another shop in the town who knew what crooked shop I worked with just by sharing the horror story of the day. I hope no one goes to this business. I hope no small owner operator is stranded and at mercy of their Buddy tow shop next door. It's horrible that these businesses prey on people and their money and are so audacious to program trucks at a retaliatory speed out of anger or intention to bring you back. I hope YELP can't be swayed to remove this warning post of facts.

Took 2012 F250 Heavy duty diesel truck in for repair of "death wobble", along with a list of other…read moreitems which we wanted to have completed and or checked. AM PM Diesel had the truck for appx 2 weeks, they called and advised truck was ready for pickup. When picked up truck, they never touched the death wobble (which was the main reason for taking truck in); they addressed 2 other smaller items on the list and charged us over $5,000. Called their office to find out why none of the other items were addressed & why they did NOT repair the death wobble. We never received a call back nor did they answer our questions about the death wobble nor the other repairs. With the $5 grand they charged most of the repairs should have been made, including the death wobble. Instead they charged enormous amount of money for the 2 repairs (one was only "checking" for leak in radiator, which they indicated was not leaking). BUYER BEWARE - We will NEVER take our truck back to AM PM for repair. Overcharged (by appx 2x) what they did do & NEVER addressed the death wobble, which is dangerous and we are unable to drive our truck except for around town until it's repaired. AM PM didn't even make 1 "Star", D&N
