    Marc, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the F150 Lariat we looked at. I can honestly say this experience was one of the best I have had. I drove from Boerne because of all the additional dealer add ons that could not be removed which raised the price $3490. A majority of the Ford dealers had some add ons. This led us to choose KennStoepel Ford. The negotiations were clear and Marc did a fantastic job. At the end of the deal the finance options were not looking so good but Mike Dawson came in listened to our concerns and was ultimately able to help us come to a conclusion they left us feeling great about the purchase experience and how we were treated. We will most definitely shop Ken Stoepel first and reach out to Marc as a trusted sales professional!

    Dead dashboard that Ken Stoepel cant seem to fix.

    I have no idea where to even start with this. This is two years in the making. Spent $30k on a truck, 3 months later my dashboard goes out and i bring it in to get serviced, told they can't find a issue, alright. Second time a few months later same thing, same outcome. The service department worker "Cameron U" has been absolutely horrible to deal with from those two occasions, smart ass comments and laughing at me when i told him about my issues with the truck. The last time i brought it in he actually acted a bit better but when out processing my truck made another smart ass comment "well, maybe that last time you slapped your dash it fixed the issue. Sorry we couldn't fix it". Idk how the dealership can't find a bad wire even after telling them if i slap the dash it corrects itself and the dash comes back on, they had it for a week. Never called me, i had to call them for updates. As every single time i've been told i'd get a call back, i never did. Ever. The only time i ever got a call back is when i was BUYING the truck. I guess they wanted my money? Once out the door "fuck you" basically is all i've gotten. Was told I had a limited extended warranty when leaving with the truck, called about it and said they never told me that. Cool. Told me it would be $1,800 to Just remove my dash to look at the wiring harness and possible lose wire and that "we are hesitant to do that". But my truck stayed in the same spot for 3 days, i checked on it as i drove by daily. Stay away. Going to Ford in Boerne from now on. Idk how this service department stays afloat, can't find a issue 3 times? Give it back and say "well, its all good!" But my trucks dash literally will die while driving it and shut my headlights off at night. Its a '16 F150. Nothing old. Lemon.

    We were looking for a very specific and rare vehicle for my mom and stumbled upon this dealership…read more Its in Kerville so it took us a little over an hour to get there but definitely worth the drive. We worked with Julianne. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. We were not pressured in anyway, No BS nonsense games played, and felt no pressure during experience what so ever. Finance manager was friendly, thorough and transparent. We were in and out fairly quickly, carfax provided, car was washed, full tank of gas and had plates out the door. My 4 year old was with us and they provided snacks, toys and kept her busy. The women's restroom was extremely clean bathroom. Loved our experience, pleasure working with everyone and highly recommend.

    Amazing experience!…read more I was traveling through the area and had a repair emergency on the air suspension of my Wagoneer. I left a message for Service Writer Cody and he called back. I explained my predicament and while he was sympathetic to my needs, he did say that his shop was quite busy. Then he said, bring it in and we'll do our best to look at it. I arrived about 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. Cody greeted me and asked me to sit tight. Within 10 minutes, he was reading codes. I met with Cody and Service Technician Brian. They listened to my complaint and my thoughts and Brian said if there's an issue in the system, they'll find it and we'll go from there. After relaxing in the customer waiting area of the showroom, Brian came by to tell me it was fixed! I was very happy and very pleased with the attitude and quality of service I was met with by Cody and Brian. Thank you Crenwelge Motors!

    If I could rate this place 0 stars I would These These…read morepeople are parasites, and their policies and practices are predatory in nature. At the first moment of an issue, they will try to come repossess your car. They will literally come repossess your car the day after your auto policies do. They don't care if you're working. They don't care what your situation is. These are the worst people in the world. This is a buyer beware. Do not, I repeat, do not purchase or lease a vehicle from these people whatsoever. The design motto is not to help you out. It's literally to take as much money as you can, and when you don't have that much, they'll take the car back. Please stay away from this company. They're not your friend. They're not here to help you. This is the worst kind of business I've ever seen. And that's not just for me. This is for multiple people. They don't deserve to have any kind of business offered to the people. Again, buyer beware.

    Went here to get my daughter a more reliable vehicle after hers had become irreparable…read more We went into this dealer and were given options of vehicles within our down payment price range. All had ridiculously high down payments and prices but we were desperate to get her a more reliable car. We settled on the 2016 Chevy Cruz (Red) which was one of the better looking vehicles on the lot. We came back the next morning to give the down payment and have my daughter sign her paperwork. 1. They advised that there is a GPS on the car and they would come get it if they didn't receive payment on time. 2. They required specific deductibles for insurance - not just full coverage but you have to have $500 or less on deductibles. 3. The total cost and payments were more than what the car was worth. 4. The lady up front was very curt and rude. Not good customer service at all. They didn't wash the car first or anything. My daughter drove the car for almost 2 months. During that time she had been waiting on them to fix a window on the driver's side that the dealership had already known about but didn't fix before selling it. When they finally got the appointment and equipment in to fix her window (needed to have the motor and glass replaced) they told her to take it to 'their' mechanic. She did and dropped off her car and was told they would call when it was done. They didn't. They took the total window kit that the dealership had ordered and only replaced something on the inside of the door but not the glass. This means they kept the glass and any other parts that they didn't use. They also never called her to let her know it was done. She had to call them and found out it had been done for a while. When she arrived to pick up her car, nobody was around and the mechanic shop was empty. However, they had left her keys on top of her car for anyone to grab and take the car. When she was on her way home, the car started shaking violently from under the hood. The engine was shaking and sounded horrible. She called the dealer to let them know that something had happened at the mechanic aside from them fixing the window. The dealership (lady that has always been rude) told her that she had never had an issue with them and acted like she didn't care about the keys being left on top of the car or that the engine was now making horrible sounds and shaking. She told my daughter that they weren't responsible for it and to take it to a mechanic. The dealer and mechanic are liable for this but they won't do anything about it. The car was not able to be driven after that day. We ended up taking the car back to the dealer and dropping it off. Went to KerrTex Motors and got a nicer, less expensive, and more reliable car and service. KerrTex worked with our budget, was open and honest about everything, and guided my daughter toward being able to build credit in the future. The salesman was very nice and we felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Family Auto is a horrible scam business that just sells you a POS that will last long enough to get them out of the liability of fixing it. That Cruz sat in the same spot on their lot for weeks before they finally moved it to the lot to be sold. Guaranteed it didn't get fixed correctly and that window will end up breaking again. Do NOT go here! You will regret it. Also, "consider the source"? That is the response from the dealer. Think about that. They don't care if you aren't happy. They want to put the blame on you, the buyer, for your poor buying experience with them. Let's see what they say to this review. edit: The car's voice system for the radio and all that only spoke Spanish. The car had obviously been in an accident because there was broken glass in the trunk. They called and harassed my daughter about her insurance and her payment and threatened to come get the car if she didn't have insurance by a certain time that day. We had been in the process of switching insurance to another company. The car cost was so high that the payments were up there with what a brand new car would cost.
