Next business day Edmund's Tracy said "Sorry, there was a mix-up, actually the cord doesn't fit the exhaust so we had to fast-lap another block heater!" "New price is now closer to $500!" Tracy denied this to me over the phone. Tracy literally LIED to us! Disgraceful. At that point it had deteriorated to a "He said! She said!" situation.
