The agglomeration of hearty, quality, southern ingredients with extra pizzazz. 8 oz angus chuck patty topped with Swiss cheese, fried green tomatoes, onion rings, and fried shrimp smothered with house crawfish sauce on a toasted jalapeño potato roll. I usually come through Raleigh every once in awhile, but I have found a gem in a small town I plan to eat at every chance I get for lunch or dinner when I'm nearby. The atmosphere was great too and love how they fixed the place up. My family member loved the catfish and coleslaw I brought home to her, especially to be able to get ahold of something like this in Smith county.
