After doing some online research on anti-aging I noticed a trend that vitamin and hormone injections are super beneficial. I decided to get on a week to week program cycle. After setting up a good faith exam with HydraBoosts provider I started getting these 3 injections: 1. Glutathione which acts as an important antioxidant in your body. That means it helps combat free radicals, molecules that can damage your body's cells. 2. Lysine which helps the body absorb calcium, and it plays an important role in the formation of collagen, a substance important for bones and connective tissues including skin, tendons, and cartilage. 3. B12/MIC which enhances metabolism, gives increased energy levels, improves nerve function, and boosts red blood cell production I'm on my second month of using this vitamin stack cycle and feel amazing. No side effects. By the 3rd week I noticed tremendous improvements in my mental wellness along with libido and all around energy. I'm already looking to NAD to this program. Thanks HydraBoost!

She informed me of every step she would be doing and explained why she chose the specific treatment for me for that day. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and made it a great first experience for me. If I could do this everyday I would because I woke up the following morning feeling so refreshed! Any time I have the opportunity I always recommend this place!

And while…read moreapprehensive about all that was involved in undergoing a colonoscopy, the IDDC managed my concerns, expectations, and the entire process expertly and professionally. The office was efficient and the intake, discharge, and subsequent follow up was without any issues. If you have the option to be referred here, the Iowa Disgestive Disease Center is worth considering as a provider of these important milestone exams.

The only prior interaction I had was a colonoscopy where the physician read the results -- I never had an office visit or established an ongoing provider relationship. When I called for clarification, I was told by the front desk that a colonoscopy counts as "establishing care" and that the practice does not do second opinions. This explanation should have come from the referral team or a clinical staff member, not the receptionist. The process felt dismissive and poorly handled, especially since the referral came from a specialist. A clearer explanation and more professional handling of referrals would go a long way in improving patient experience.
