I hurt my back moving heavy objects and being a fool while doing it. Dr. Crystal was able to fit me in during what I believe would have been her lunch hour to help relieve my pain. Not only has she alleviated my pain, she has taught me how to properly stretch, and prepare when doing things I don't normally do such as moving a dresser upstairs. She treats the body as a whole, not just the problem area. This creates a whole body healing allowing all aspects of the body to work together to prevent injury or aggravation. She has state of the art equipment and is constantly learning and growing her business/care. I brought my 7 month old son to her for care after PT stopped helping him and she was so gentle and careful with his care!
