I hurt my back moving heavy objects and being a fool while doing it. Dr. Crystal was able to fit me in during what I believe would have been her lunch hour to help relieve my pain. Not only has she alleviated my pain, she has taught me how to properly stretch, and prepare when doing things I don't normally do such as moving a dresser upstairs.
