I'm writing an update to my 2020 review because I gave the spa an opportunity to address this…read moreconcern directly before posting publicly. In January, I took the time to write a thoughtful and professional message and electronically send it. When I arrived for my February appointment, I realized I had not received a response. I printed the message and hand-delivered it to the staff. One staff member verbally acknowledged, "Yeah, we received it." Now, as I prepare for my March appointment, I still have not received any response. As noted in my original review, I have been a loyal customer since 2020 and schedule my appointments for the entire year in advance. My massage therapy journey began in college after a physician referral, and it has remained an important part of my wellness routine ever since. I value my relationship with my massage therapist just as I value relationships with my physicians and hairstylists. Jordan knows my body well, and I feel comfortable in his care. To be clear, this review does not reflect the majority of the staff. Many are consistently kind and professional, such as Amour. This feedback is directed toward the staff who appear dismissive and unwilling to provide a professional response to reasonable customer feedback. While booking my 2026 monthly appointments, I noticed yet another price increase. The 90-minute deep tissue massage increased from $155 to $180 -- approximately a 16% increase. I did not request any price adjustment or special accommodation. I simply scheduled a 60-minute deep tissue massage at the current $140 rate. My only request was that the spa consider announcing annual price increases in advance. In the past, staff have called to acknowledge feedback, which I appreciated. I expected the same professional courtesy this time. I am not asking for the owner to contact me -- simply a professional acknowledgment. This seems reasonable considering the spa regularly sends emails and newsletters with other announcements. A former employee mentioned the spa has been under new management since I began coming in 2020. If expecting basic communication and professionalism is unrealistic, then perhaps my loyalty as a long-standing customer is also being taken for granted. Supporting a business should never feel like your voice is dismissed and doesn't matter.

The combination of Thai…read morestretch and massage is great for people that work out, because it really gives you a deep deep stretch as part of the muscle, deep tissue massage. This combination is better than "one or the other." Song is strong, so for muscular folks who are doing heavy lifting, This is the guy you want. And when you get done, your hips are open. So is your chest and you'll feel a restoration of range of motion in your shoulders. In fact, it relieved a lot of my inflammation caused by incline.Bench presses. Once you're done with the massage, tye freedom of movement and motion is incredible. This may be a new once a week or once every two week part of my workout schedule. Do your yourself a favor and just try this out.- make sure you get the combination of the deep tissue with the stretch. It was $90 without tip. I'm writing this review an hour after the massage and stretch. And I just keep feeling looser and looser.

I really liked that they allow you to choose the areas you want the therapist to focus on. Since I spend a lot of time typing, I specifically circle my shoulders. Because I also drive frequently and spend a lot of time sitting in traffic, I circle my glutes/buttocks, which tend to get very tight. I had Jennifer, and unfortunately, I felt that she spent very little time addressing the areas I specifically requested. Out of the 60-minute massage, I would say only about 15 minutes total were spent focusing on my problem areas. Much of the massage consisted of her using her arm to roll over my back, which didn't really provide the targeted pressure or relief I was hoping for. I also requested a medium deep tissue massage, but the experience felt more like a light Swedish massage. At one point, she placed a hot stone on me without warning. It was extremely hot and startled me enough to jump, so she ended up stopping the hot stone portion altogether. When she had me turn over, she also spent some time massaging my head, but unfortunately, I didn't find it particularly relaxing. I normally get Thai massages and have had much better experiences, especially when it comes to therapists listening to the areas that need the most attention and adjusting the pressure accordingly. My friend had Tina during the same visit and had a completely different experience. He requested a firm massage, and Tina did an excellent job focusing on his problem areas and providing the pressure he asked for. His experience was much more in line with what I was hoping for. That being said, I still tipped Jennifer 20% because I appreciate the time and effort she put into providing the service. However, based on my personal experience, this would unfortunately be near the bottom of my list when choosing a massage place. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively. I came in with high expectations because of the positive reviews, and I would have really appreciated a massage that was more customized to the areas and pressure I specifically requested.

Stephanie did thorough intake of my needs & expectations prior to my massage. She knew exactly how to manipulate my neck as I was in the late stages of healing in my cevical spine area, post MVA. This was my first massage from Stephanie & I was amazed at how she "knew" what my body needed. She has a keen sense of inner energy, where & what is needed. I was impressed with Stephanies professionalism. She is top notch & I highly recommend her. I can't wait to schedule this treat for myself again. She left me feeling open, like my body was breathing fully. I was relaxed & able to move with a fluidity I didn't know I was missing. Self care + Stephanie Morey = Quite A Massage! 5 Stars

I found quite a massage by accident and went online to book. the website was a super simple yet clean design...lol...I know you are probably wondering what this has to do with massage, I look at everything when choosing someone to come to my house. Anyway, I book online on Thursday of Friday of last week. She arrived and got set up. I REALLY didn't know what to expect, but OMG....her hands are freaking AWESOME. We were talking a bit and I told her I dont like deep tissue, because people tend to dig around and it hurts more when they leave then before they came. She somehow managed to go deep and smooth over areas, that I know where jacked without hurting me. Love, love, love Stephanie. I told her everyone in the world needs to feel these hands. I haven't told her yet, but she is my new massage therapist. And her price is SUPER reasonable. better get in on this while you can...lol
