Last night I had a flat tire and called my insurance for ERA. Loyal towing was the company who was dispatched to assist with my tire change. The gentleman who assisted me said he would switch my flat tire to my spare tire. He proceeded to remove all the lug nuts and was having a difficult time with the last one. He used his tool and the one in my trunk. This individual ended up stripping the lug nut to the point where it was impossible for him to remove it. He told me I needed to call GEICO and switch over the call from a flat tire to a tow. He said he had to go and tow a different vehicle but that he would text me to inform me of any updates. This individual left my tire damaged, did not text or call. By the time I called GEICO I realized all the tire shops had closed for business. I had to contact "Back on Track road side assistance" they came out after hours, extracted the stripped lug nut with a special tool and replaced my flat with my spare AND put air in it, this company also had a lug nut to replace the one that was damaged. Literally everything I needed. Attached you will see the lug nut that was completely stripped. 1-He answered the phone. 1:30 am, downtown, Thursday night. Of the 8 or 9 I called, he was one of three to answer. And the only one available in reasonable time. 2-Super easy, clear communication. No, "let me have my guy call you" or "you might try (some other guy)". Just location, issue, vehicle info on my end. A quick and reasonable quote on his end. Confirmed. 3-He texted 5 minutes later when he was on his way AND included an ETA. 4-Showed up on time. Was friendly, appreciative and accommodating as I wasn't sure if I had enough cash on me. He told me we'd figure it out and we did. 5-SUPER REASONABLY PRICED. Of the quotes I was able to get, by far the only one that wasn't ridiculous. I was happy to tip beyond that too since I knew the deal he was offering me. 6-This might be an odd quality but it's something I notice and appreciate tremendously..he didn't come with the huge overkill truck. He didn't wake the whole neighborhood up with noise. His hazard lights were immediately tamed by his truck gate. This is rare with almost all labor services, in my experience. Johan is the Yo-man! Very nice guy with an old school work ethic and I have him in my contacts for any future roadside assistance needed. I can't recommend him enough. Johan was professional and prompt. He was able to quickly use jumper cables to jump start my car when it died in downtown Sacramento. He charged $85 and informed me of the reasonable price upfront. These guys are FANTASTIC!!! I got a flat tire in an unfamiliar neighborhood and managed to drive to a grocery store parking lot from which I called my car insurance's roadside assistance number. They set me up with Back On Track and said, "This is a busy night. There'll be there as soon as they can, but it will probably be 30 to 45 minutes." Oh, well, what can I do about it? Fifteen minutes later --- that is 15, as in a whole lot less than the promised wait time --- Jake and Johann show up and go right to work. They were cheerful and reassuring. They worked together as a team at almost the speed of light. The old tire came off! The spare was put on! The old tire went into the trunk! They smiled and me and said, "Ma'am, you are on your way!" I did not hug them, nor did I kiss them, but I was endlessly, gloriously pleased. I asked them for their names and promised them a great review. And here it is. They did everything exactly right at the speed of light AND THEY WERE 15 TO 30 MINUTES EARLY!!! I was home before the time I was told they would arrive to help me. Had a nail in my tire and had to get to my son. My insurance called this company and let them know that I needed to just done quickly bc I had to get to my son. He came out quickly and fixed my tire. WOW this dude is the real deal! I got his card from a storage facility where he previously serviced someone. The people in the office couldn't recommend him enough they said he's faster than AAA and worth the money. Sure enough I gave him a call and he answered the phone very quick, I told him my location and he gave me a VERY reasonable ETA. And a good price! I am very happy with back on track roadside assistance it's family owned and he does have a very old school work ethic just like one of the other reviews said. I was at arden fair mall with my kids and when it was time to go home I realize I didn't have my keys with me and I must of left them in my Tahoe. I didn't know what to do, I looked up the closest road side and back on track came up. I never heard of them but I guess he is new to the business and why not give him a try. i locked my keys in my trunk so i called my insurance company for roadside assistance. the first service provider they called spent about 20 minutes trying to open my door and the trunk but was unable to, so he told me to ask for a different provider and i did. i was stressed because it was late, my insurance contacted johan (i didn't get his name, but i assume that's his name based on the reviews) and he came super quick! it was 10:35pm and he was so nice about everything despite how late it was. he arrived in a white truck, grabbed his tools, warned me about my alarm going off, unlocked my car, unlocked my trunk, and we were all set! there were no complications and everything happened so fast. i would definitely recommend his service to anybody who's in need of road side assistance :-) read more

They showed up and only cared about my NeEd's, I explained that my father with alhimers and dimensions was with me during the incident a flat tire, so I called an Uber took him hm jumped on my motorcycle went back to the car, only to realize I needed a second driver, roadside took out the time to go pick up a second driver to accommodate my needs, not only that they made sure that my vehicle was safe condition to be operated and advised me on locations to get good to great deals cause inflation made that almost impossible.
