We had no idea and were not notified at all. In fact, Loyal had given us an approx arrival time and we waited closer to another hour before we finally called our insurance emergency line only to find out Loyal isn't coming at all and another company was just asked to pick up where Loyal left us hanging. Never trust Loyal and if you hear that's the company being sent by your emergency roadside service company or insurance company, definitely say no thanks and ask for a different company! Make sure it's a truly local one. Loyal is headquartered in San Diego with locations throughout the state so their system is unreliable. Notice 619 area code for Loyal on the text we got because it's based in San Diego! Avoid at all cost. Terrible or, in our case, non existence service!

I told him right away that my car had a flat tire which is why it was being towed and it's super low to the ground. He said My car is not low and he tows low cars all the time way lower than mine. He proceeded to scrape the entire rear of my car, exhaust tips and rear bumper cover When I pointed it out to him, he got defensive and angry, and very aggressive towards me and tried to fight me. I had already purchased the replacement bulb and was quoted $120 just for labor, and they told me I could stop by whenever I was able. He also noticed that I needed a blinker replaced, which thankfully they had the part for. I was there for maybe 15-30 minutes total, and they replaced both my headlight bulb and blinker for only $100! Quick and honest service!…read more I sent a message on Yelp requesting a quote for an oil change. They responded very quickly, priced fairly, and even provided time slots they had open, so I headed to the shop that same Saturday. When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.
