Saved our lives!!!!! We have a Tesla Y and the tires are super hard to find any where and going through Tesla roadside assistance is a pain. We called around and no had the specific tire size available. We called Shak and he said to give him about 10-15 minutes and he would call us back. He found ONE source clear on the other side of town and drove all the way there to pick up the tire, then drove all the way back to where our call was. He met us where our car was parked and got going. On a Saturday night none the less. Shak is hands down the most genuine and kind human. I was supposed to leave town on Friday for a funeral, but when I was about to get in the car I noticed my tire was completely flat. I put the donut on and drove around town to multiple tire locations, to which I was met with responses of "we do not take customers after 1p", given that it was 1:05p, I said I understood but felt completely defeated. I would have to rent a car if to leave on time. I then decided to check Yelp once more. I found Instant Tire Repair Mobile Service. I gave Shak a call and he was quick to respond! I sent pictures of my tire and explained that I was in a rush due to needing to be out of town. I was understanding if he was not able to make it in time, but Shak was an absolute rockstar and said he would be on the was asap. Within 20 minutes he rolled into my apartment complex and said he could patch it within 40 minutes. On the dot, 40 minutes later the tire was fixed, on the car, with all the other tires rotated.
