I visited Bob's Discount Furniture and was assisted on my first visit by Skyler. What I appreciated…read moremost is that when I told Skyler I was overwhelmed already (I had a lot of furniture to shop for) he told me where to look and said he would give me space until I was ready. Skyler continued to assist as needed throughout my shopping. I narrowed down my choices and Skyler put together 2 carts for me because I was undecided between 2 different sectionals. I went back again with my sister a couple days later so I could get her input, and we were assisted by Braedyn. When we mentioned that we were concerned that the sectionals would look too bulky in my living room, Braedyn showed me how I could separate the sectionals I loved into 2 pieces as a sofa and love seat. Once again I was thrilled with the service I received. I shopped at other furniture stores, but I thought the furniture at Bob's was very reasonably priced (except for the mattresses). I finalized my sale today and was happy that both Skyler and Braedyn were working so that I could tell them both how much I appreciated them. I'm a little concerned now as I see all the bad reviews, but I am hoping my delivery goes smoothly. I definitely plan to update afterwards.

I was paying cash and also the mgr on duty was in training and stated sorry we can't accept cash because I'm in training and don't have access to safe. That did it for me, you can't accept my cash, you can't sell me the floor model and you have 2 employees working who can't technically run the store. Do better Bob!

I saw a couple that I was interested in and told David that I would come back later. I came back with my wife and David was with another customer. We picked out what we wanted and when David was free, we ended up buying 3 mattresses, mattress covers and some pillows. I was going to try and put everything in the back of my truck, but David suggested that we have them delivered since it was free. We had them delivered and everything worked out well.

Abel had us lay on a mattress and then asked us a bunch of questions. Once we answered all the questions, he had us lay on another bed and believe it or not, it was perfect! We tried a couple more beds, but the 2nd bed was our #1 choice. Since Abel did not work out of the Kalamazoo store, I called him Monday at the Comstock Park store and placed the order for the bed, frame & delivery. He sent me a secure link to make the payment and my bed was delivered on the day we selected. The two young men who set up the bed were very courteous and very efficient. I am very happy with our bed and am so glad we stopped at Mattress Firm.
