What I appreciated…read moremost is that when I told Skyler I was overwhelmed already (I had a lot of furniture to shop for) he told me where to look and said he would give me space until I was ready. Skyler continued to assist as needed throughout my shopping. I narrowed down my choices and Skyler put together 2 carts for me because I was undecided between 2 different sectionals. I went back again with my sister a couple days later so I could get her input, and we were assisted by Braedyn. When we mentioned that we were concerned that the sectionals would look too bulky in my living room, Braedyn showed me how I could separate the sectionals I loved into 2 pieces as a sofa and love seat. Once again I was thrilled with the service I received. I shopped at other furniture stores, but I thought the furniture at Bob's was very reasonably priced (except for the mattresses). I finalized my sale today and was happy that both Skyler and Braedyn were working so that I could tell them both how much I appreciated them. I'm a little concerned now as I see all the bad reviews, but I am hoping my delivery goes smoothly. I definitely plan to update afterwards.

Finally, picked out something that would work. I was working with sales girl who was new. I was paying cash and also the mgr on duty was in training and stated sorry we can't accept cash because I'm in training and don't have access to safe. That did it for me, you can't accept my cash, you can't sell me the floor model and you have 2 employees working who can't technically run the store. Do better Bob!

These photos are just a very small percentage of the signs placed all over store. Business 101... No negativity in your signs/advertising ! Unfortunately, as the saying goes, there's a sucker born every minute. There's a high turnover of vendors who think they're going to make a killing on the little crafts and garage sale items they sell there. Let me save you the disappointment. You won't even break even. Most likely you'll lose money and move out quickly so the next unsuspecting victim can move in. The owner keeps store hours very limited because she pays the hourly help out of her pocket and it save her lots of money to have limited hours. All the while rent is due each month from vendors. You'd be better off selling on FB Marketplace, eBay, etc. Avoid this place at all costs.

We just purchased our second outdoor dining set from Watson's. Our new set is slightly smaller and fits our space better. After searching all the big box stores (WM, L, HD) and club stores we could not find anything as nice or at a reasonable price. So we purchased another solid decorative metal table and chairs from Hanamint. The sales person (Melinda T) was outstanding at helping us. She asked all the right questions and was never pushy. While expensive, we bought on sale so the price beat anything comparable in the market. I highly recommend Watson's (and Melinda). I came in around 3 PM and wasn't greeted, which isn't a big deal, just unusual compared to my past visits. At 3:59 PM, a staff member approached me and said "we would like to close, it's 4 PM." The doors were already locked and the open sign had been turned off. I apologized, as I had mistakenly checked the hours for a different thrift store--completely my fault. That said, the interaction felt a bit abrupt and not very welcoming. I've always appreciated the environment here, and that's a big reason I shop here regularly. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression. With so many thrift stores around, customer experience really makes a difference and today felt very unwelcoming. Would like to note, I've been there around closing before and usually they make an announcement and are super friendly, today that was not the case.
