He loved all of it and those Monday night lessons were a lifeline for him as his other choirs and school music classes were postponed due to COVID. His confidence grew, and he was accepted into his college's competitive top choir as a freshman (Matthew also helped him with his college admissions' supplementary vocal performance materials and he landed a vocal scholarship).
