I tried calling about it for WEEKS and left messages saying I wanted to cancel my membership. Never got anyone to pick up or a call back. I had to drive an hour to cancel it in person and even then it was so difficult! No doubt they make it almost impossible on purpose so they can keep charging you as long as they want. They stole like $120 bucks from me! Stay away!!!!

The inside has a variety of activities set up which seemed to be pretty standard for a children's museum and were ones we'd seen in other locations. My kids stayed entertained for over two hours and would have been happy to stay if we'd had the time. This is a great option for a rainy day activity. The only downside is we were hoping to grab lunch beforehand and there weren't a lot of options nearby that we were able to find. At $12 a ticket for adults and children aged 1 and up it's a reasonable price!

All the areas flowed into each other and our granddaughter seemed overwhelmed. We began with the Healthy Choices map, then let her take the lead. She walked by everything until we got to the display showing how air circulates through your lungs. She loved doing this activity over, and over, and over again and suddenly became more interested in other areas. She ended up really enjoying MUSE and didn't want to leave. Don't let the small size fool you, there is a lot more there than you think. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we were unable to play on the outside playscape but that just means we need to go back next time they visit.

Think College Course DANCING 101.2 Lizza Jackson is our dance instructor. She has a Theatre and Dance BFA from the University of Arizona. She is the most patient and intuitive dance instructor we have had. She has a lesson plan each day. She listens to us and guides us through steps that are unfamiliar. She constantly praises us for our advancement and challenges us with new moves. She is witty and has a way of finding fun in everything she does. We can't say enough good about her and her passionate approach to the thing she loves best --- dancing. The facility is great and has a spring-loaded dance floor. Several dance instructors call this their home and every kind of dance imaginable is taught here. Once or twice a month they have themed group parties, usually with dance demonstrations by more experienced dancers. It is a large facility that is airy and very comfortable. COVID practices are in place and adhered to. There is plenty of free parking on site. Lizza has been dancing since she was a little girl and knows every kind of dance one would care to from ballet, to ballroom to country western. She is the real deal. Her rates are affordable, her schedule is highly flexible and she accepts new students with unbridled enthusiasm. So what are you waiting for? If you want to slip on your ballet slippers, cut the rug with a ballroom whirl, or giddy-up and git ready for a country hoedown, she is the one you should call. The open spaces to roam are essential for us, and we felt good about him being on the playground side. The staff was really nice on the way in and was occasionally walking the grounds, picking up, checking in, etc. Improvements needed: the hands-on toy section needs a redo. At one point, I'd say it was in excellent quality...but it's clear wear and tear and no investment have led to some of the tiny rooms leaving little to the imagination, with most stuff scattered about with no structure (and existing toys worn out). Kids can make the most of a lot, but this needs a refresh. Side note...the furniture has some sharp points too...if budget can't permit replacing with things with smoother edges, then at least put some covers on the corners. We didn't feel good about that section and tried to block and cover it. That, or gate it. All aside, we are grateful for all the little spots like these that give variety to our kiddo with special needs.

He was very helpful and was willing to spend a lot of time with us explaining the pros and cons of each available piano without trying to move us towards any particular one. He made our options and our alternatives very clear leading to a confident decision on the piano we chose. All in all an excellent shopping experience and we were somewhat pleasantly surprised to have that piano delivered the same evening by two very skilled and helpful installers. The venue itself is awesome, with lots of open play spaces before you head in (semi-fenced for those eloping kiddos out there). Once inside the gated and fenced in area let's ASD parents like ourselves take a breath and enjoy the space a bit more. I loved seeing some of the themes of Knoxville and TN baked into everything - it was well kept and our little loved it a lot! Excited to come back in the future once it's open again officially. Our daughter started dance this past year at Creative Edge. It was seemingly affordable ($40 per…read moreclass, per month) and we enjoyed that we could pay easily online. The studio is sorely lacking, in my opinion. The narrow hallway and small waiting area make it nearly impossible to transition kids and parents in and out of the space, especially when there is no designated changing room and storage area for kids to leave their bags, clothes, street shoes, etc. And there is no viewing area for any parents that wait for their kiddos (unless you stand in the way and look through the open studio door. Classes are only 30 minutes, so it is not worth it to leave and come back. We do love that they work with families on the costs for classes and recital costumes and that there are two recitals per year at the local Grove Theater. The owners are very kind and energetic. I wish they had taught my daughter's class, which was instead taught by a high school student. I feel like the teen instructor, paired with a very short class session, made it so that my kiddo didn't really grasp any of the ballet basics during her time here. We appreciate the intro to dance and socialization our child had here, but she will be going to a different studio this year with comparable costs, a better studio space, and taught by adults.
