Large Parking area so never really have a problem getting a parking spot. Going into the building, signs clearly direct you to the area you need to go to. Each main area has their own check in counters, which again area clearly marked. Follow the signs and you will have no problem. Staff were friendly and after checking in, the waiting area was sparse enought to give distance between people waiting for their appointments. Which, one complaint would be due to this, there were not a lot of chairs. Just wonder if during the busy times there would be an issue. Our one year old just got his blood work done (routine service). They hit the vein no problem, filled the viles, and our son never cried. The receptionist filled out our information very quickly and quietly- our son napped through this part. The whole process only took 25 minutes, half the time I had expected! If you need Physcal Therapy I highly recommend going here. I had 8 weeks of PT with Sheryl. She is a kind highly trained professional. She did an amaxing job getting me healthy again. The quality of care I received starting with ladies on the front desk to all the staff was exceptional. From the first day I arrived the receptionist went above to fit me in Sheryl's schedule. I have been a patient at the center for endocrinology for years. This year since Hartford Healthcare purchased this practice (without letting the patients know) there is about a $400 "facility fee" just for walking into this office in addition to the doctor's fee. In the past years there has been just a fee for the doctor, as there is in any doctor's office when it is a routine visit. Beware - Hartford Healthcare is ruining this office. I do not recommend unless you want to be charged 6 times more than you should be for an office visit. read more
