But watching them snack on dried animal parts did not exactly inspire me to bring those same parts into my home. My fears were confirmed: this was not a battle I wished to continue. (translation: i went to the pet store to bring home dog food, not these THINGS) two stars. one for the friendly staff, one for the nostalgia of a mom-and-pop shop. The rest were lost in the war.

They can be helpful if you're not sure what you are looking for and post information about people and what they are seeing in the area. Only drawback is their hours, usually close at 6pm during the week, which can make it hard to get to sometimes. Their bird baths are nice too, you don't see that at a lot of stores, but they have quite a variety for such a smaller store.
