Notice I didn't mention the doctor prescribed anything for her eye. I took her back 2 weeks later for a follow up appointment and her eye was the same. Dr. Brown ran more test that were negative and then said, there are cat ophthalmologist. If she didn't know how to treat her initially, that's what she should have said. The following day the staff called for a follow up. I had researched things online and asked a question. I was told, I'd have to bring her back in for a follow up to have my question answered! WHAT?! It was a yes/no question AND she was just seen by the doctor the day before. A money grab. I do not recommend them. Proceed as you chose.

Of course that's not as important as the care / medical part, but still .... When a pet is brought in for their yearly shots and the quick check up it's not explained that when they go back for shots, they will also be doing bloodwork, which adds over $148 per pet to the bill and then later to be told that for young healthy pets, it's not necessary to have blood work every year. If I was told any of this ahead of time, I would've skipped the bloodwork this year and saved $300.
