The mgr I think was on staff, told him of our issue, of 3 selected foods we went with KOA bland kibbles and matching wet food (that was like REAL food) that looked much better than can food we've ever tried. He also suggested a powder to add to food. Let me tell you, Yoshi loves the food, he was always VERY picky, sniff and walk away, not the last 3 x we put his new food down. When we first walked into the establishment of Just Puppies, there were 3 staff members and the place was very bright and well lit. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to pet and play with the dogs for FREE! They explained the process of playing with the puppies and designated which playroom to go in to play with the dogs. My niece and I could play with 2 dogs at a time as long as they were in the same cage before we played with them. The dogs in the same cage have the Same germs, vaccine, etc. I highly recommend coming to this location if you are looking to play with puppies and may be interested in purchasing a dog. Dr. Phillips provided hospice care for our cat, Sher, during the last months of his life as he battled cancer and, as a result of her excellent and thorough care, we had a few extra good months before we had to say our final goodbyes. When the time came to say goodbye to our fur-baby, we also greatly appreciated how patient and gentle Dr. Phillips was with him and us. You can tell that she genuinely cares. She made what was a very difficult day a lot better by being so understanding and supportive. Dr. Phillips even sent a handwritten card to us afterwards, which was so thoughtful and kind. Support for Injury Recovery…read more I see Shari monthly for Healing Touch sessions, which helps keep me grounded and supports me in multiple ways on my wellness and self care journey. What I have also come to realize is that Shari is a great resource after experiencing a trauma to support recovery. I had recently slipped on the steps at home and hit my back pretty soundly. Though I iced it and did other things to mitigate pain, the next day it was still quite uncomfortable. I gave Shari a call and was able to see her that afternoon. After her treatment my back felt so much calmer. And over the next few days I only experienced mild tenderness as my back continued to heal. Prior to the session, Shari and her husband Wayne also performed some colored laser therapy to put Baxter at ease. She also shared her experience dealing with a beloved dog she had who was diagnosed with the same ailment. We highly recommend Shari and are grateful for the work she has done for Baxter.
