Alvarez Farms is one of the most popular vendors which I have seen every week. They sell local produce plus many other items one of which has become a favorite, smoked salmon. I've also purchased tomatoes, red potatoes, red pepper, cucumbers and sweet potatoes. I bought the most deliscious asiago sourdough bagelsand an apple strudel type of pastry from Rudin although I'm not sure of his business's name. But he has been there every week so I'm sure he will not be hard to find. Danielski Homemade Doggie Treats when above and beyond and made some grain-free treats for my dogs upcoming 10th birthday. Thank you;)) I also have to stop by the Pico Princess tent and pick up bean dip, guacamole and pico. All homemade and delicious! On my last trip I purchased some Japanese milk bread with mango that was sweet, soft and yummy! I can't wait to go back this weekend and explore more local businesses!

I found great real freeze dried dog treats for my little dog whom has lots if allergies and can only have things made with duck, lamb, and venison so that was very exciting for us. We met a vendor that sold prize winning Kansas City barbecue rub that was amazing. We saw lots of beautiful fresh produce, bakery items and lots of homemade items, beautiful jewelry and art. Unfortunately I just didn't have enough $$ to go around because believe me I could have bought a lot of things! They have food, produce, art, plants, jewelry, clothing, honey, spices, flowers, micro greens, oyster mushrooms, mosquito repellant, candles, etc etc. So there's a lot to look at. As we were visiting and staying in a hotel, we didn't buy any of the produce (from local farms), but we did get some locally produced honey. It was fun to browse and talk to the people. My mini Yelper walked away with fresh tomatoes and matcha, the rest of us snacked on boiled peanuts, and I couldn't resist datil blueberry jam and datil citrus salt. If you don't already know, datil is everywhere in St. Augustine thanks to Minorcan settlers who brought it centuries ago. You'll see datil everything in St Augustine because the peppers thrive in the soil here & love the hot, humid climate. Anyway, come hungry and ready to support local. It's a green market so they also encourage you to bring reusable bags.

Here today, it seemed quite a few commercial/business vendors, there was one produce (which we were looking for tomatoes, they had none), a Greek vendor (we got delicious spinach pie and Greek gyro), cheese sticks, bread for sale, several plants, cheese vendors, etc with a musician on the guitar. I'd say the vendor market was 60%-70% full but not alot of customers but it was close to noon so maybe they already shopped?
