Great place for fresh produce after working with n the produce business for over 39 years I know a good produce when I see it .. The veggies are not only LG. Size but also fresh out of their fields , great selection of products like natural Honey, they have all types os collard greens, Kales ,Swiss chards , peppers, onions , tomatoes, citrus . Different varieties of lettuce heads . Herbs . Great friendly staff , and the prices are great , things are two or three times the size you get at the grocery store , but 1/2 the prices. County Line Produce is a little slice of everything that's wholesome and right in the world. Their selection of produce is far better than I expected. You might see tractors roll up through out the day bringing fresh picked broccoli or cauliflower. The carrots and potatoes are also grown right here, berries are local; and more I'm not thinking of for sure. The flavor and quality of the produce will knock your socks off!! County Line makes me seem like a better chef than I am, because everything tastes so good!! The fruit - berries, citrus, mangoes, bananas, you name it! They have several refrigerator coolers as well, where you can get herbs and lettuces. There are some locally made goods as well, local honey, barbecue and hot sauces, etc. The people are knowledgeable, kind and wildly efficient. The most amazing thing is their prices. The cauliflower is at least twice as large as what's sold at the grocery store; it tastes ten times better, and costs half. I have doubled the amount of vegetables we're eating weekly for less than I would have spent at the grocery store, and it tastes so good! Driving out each weekend has become a little ritual for me. I slow down, enjoy the drive, select wholesome, fresh for the week, and most weeks I get to see one of the farmers there unloading fresh veggies from their tractor and I get to thank someone who is integral to feeding my family. I'm sad when my schedule occasionally doesn't permit me to go. Good to know: bring cash, they don't accept cards. There is an ATM onsite, but course there is always a fee for using standalone machines. Such a special place, I wish them everything good. read more

Stopped here to get produce on the way home from visiting my grandmother in Orlando. I was totally amazed by the selection, quality, and the size of the vegetables at this place. The crops are grown right there by the store and they were putting them on the shelves right off the tractors. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and they will even let you use the restroom! Prices were fantastic and I still can't believe how much stuff they had in February! This place is about as good as it gets for what they do. I love the Brussels sprouts on the stalk (cook the leaves, they are so very good). All of their produce is fresh out of the field. The cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli is really good. Fresher, tastier, and cheaper than the grocery store. They have Florida citrus too, along with lots of other produce items that are not grown by them but still reasonably priced. This includes herbs, which I think are priced right. I use them as a honey connection too. Not sure I'm getting the best price, but convenience overrides thriftiness. Keep in mind this is a cash only operation. There is an ATM onsite if you forget. I have been numerous times over the years- stopping in before or after going to Palatka. Always fresh, fair priced fruits and veggies. I even grabbed local honey! They take cash and card, which is great for a produce stand. The last time I popped in they were off-loading a truck of eggplant from the farm! Can't get fresher than that!!! read more

This place is an institution for people who know about it. We've been shopping there for years and are so sad when it's closed. Take the 206 from St Augustine...The drive is really pretty. You'll never see farm fresh veggies this big! Everything is HUGE. The carrots, radishes, greens, brussels sprouts...It's like veggies on steroids! We tried kohlrabi last week. I've never seen it for sale anywhere. Not at Whole Fooda or Fresh Market. The peel is uber thick but once it's off you can do so many things with it. Slice it and add salt and eat it raw or bake it. You can saute it too. It has a little hint of spice but it's delicious! The greens are enormous as are the brussels sprouts...Carrots and radishes too. Have fun there and if you don't know what something is just ask. The people who work there are super nice! read more

It's locally grown with a seasonal rotation of colorful fresh veggies and fruit. They also stock locally made honey, as well as some branded hats (for the tourists that come by.) Stopped by with my family while on vacation for our week's supply of produce. For under $15 we got the hugest bunch of kale ever, a bag of mini sweet peppers, a few red peppers, Brussel sprouts, strawberries and cherry tomatoes. Everything was amazingly fresh and yummy. We travelled from Fleming Island to go to this excellent produce stand. Their vegetables and fruits are fresh from the fields and taste wonderful. We love their Brussel Sprouts and even cooked the leaves like turnips. They were wonderful. When the corn comes in, we will be back for more. read more

I can't believe I'm writing the first review! It is not at all an exaggeration to say that County Line Produce has the best produce around. They are located right on the line of St. John's and Putnam counties, hence the name. The majority of the produce they carry is local, in that a lot of it comes from the fields right in the back of the stand and the rest comes from farms nearby. To my knowledge, it is not organic but it is as fresh as it gets. It is a bit of a drive if you are not local to Hastings or East Palatka, but, trust me, the trip is worth it. My family has shopped here for about 7 years, it's the only place we buy our produce. When you shop, take cash with you. They are not able to accept credit, debit, EBT, or SNAP. read more
