I can't believe this is next to a Dunkin' Donuts place deserves its own place. Love the ambience decorations are so cute as well as cozy dining experience. Owners are very friendly and very informative. What is the greatest choice is out of all the places in the area. full flavor did not lack at all. 6 stars !!!

We love takeout from Spice grill. Not only is it conveniently located, the food is ready as soon as we place the order, service is great, and the food is always hot and fresh. It's not super busy inside the restaurant, so your food will be quick and very high quality!

The last of my catch-up reviews for the day but certainly not the least, my Spice Grill review. I've been so excited to try this place because I love me some Desi food. Being as I am married to an Indian man I'm pretty good at cooking it too. So I think I'm a pretty fair judge of good Indian food. I can be downright snobby about it. So I'm happy to say this place did not disappoint. Food - 10/10. I have to say I feel very sorry for people who don't like Indian food. Indian cuisine masters spices on such an amazing level. One thing I cannot stand is bland, boring food, and this place is so far from any of those that I am immensely happy. We started with the Gobi Manchurian because I love cauliflower and spicy things. We also tried the papdi chaat. Bothering were exactly as I hoped for them to be. Perfect flavors, spices and textures. My son went with the butter chicken and I had ordered the paneer biryani. I hadn't realized at the time how big the appetizers would be so I had no room for the biryani and my son ate less than half of his butter chicken. I did try the biryani there while it was fresh to check the taste. It was fantastic. The spice levels were perfect and the fried onions on top were perfect. The raita it was served with was such a perfect compliment. I ended up packaging it all up and taking it home to my husband. I will also add that I love how descriptive their spice scale is. It's the normal scale, but they indicate where on that Desi spice level fits in versus a normal mild and medium spice level. Spiciness is definitely very subjective and I find that their scale is very accurate. I went with level seven, which is Indian spicy, which was absolutely the level I expected and hoped for. Atmosphere - 10/10. This shop is located in Bartram Park just off of Old St Augustine and 95. It's tucked away in a back corner right by Dunkin' Donuts. It has ample parking and is very fresh new building. The decor here is absolutely beautiful. It is so elegant and tasteful. This would definitely make a beautiful date night. The only thing that was a little awkward is the benches seats sit a bit high to the table. Service - 10/10. You definitely feel that very welcoming Indian hospitality here. The ownership is quite nice and welcoming very quick to explain any dishes. It's a beautiful environment with friendly people and I will definitely be back.

The food was great! It was very rich. It had just the right enough spice on the food as requested. The service was great! We received all meals in a timely manner. I would highly recommend trying this place out.

I ran an errand on the other side of town and found myself hungry for dinner. I jumped on Yelp and saw a friend's recent review of Spice Grill Indian Cuisine. I put their address in my GPS, and off I went. I ordered to go at the registry after inspecting the menu. I waited roughly 10-15 minutes for my order. Then I went home and had a fabulous dinner. I ordered butter naan served with what tasted like tzatziki sauce. The naan was still hot and deliscious! I ate it with dinner over the course of three days. Yes! There was so much food it took me days to finish it. I also purchased Gobi Manchurian which was freshly cut cauliflower tossed in Indo-Chinese sauce. It was perfect spicy, but not too hot. And not too heavy on the coating. The main course was Goat Biriyani with spices and basmati rice. The goat was tender and came off the bone easily. The flavors were like little fireworks going off in my mouth. I really loved this dish. If you enjoy Indian food you will love this restaurant!

Ohh we all really liked this food! We were trying to decide for dinner and my daughter suggested Indian, sounds good and this place was close and new so we decided to try it, it used to be a Thai place but it was nice walking in, we got take out which was ready pretty fast (15 min) We got: Butter chicken- delicious! The old starter dish, the gateway to Indian food, lol it was so tasty, scooped up with garlic naan, chefs kiss! Chicken 65- marinated chicken that's then flash fried, served with a yogurt type dip, again delicious! Veggie biryanI- a rice dish, I wanted some veggies so got this to eat with the chicken, at first I thought it was kinda plain till I mixed it up, it had lovely veggies in there with chunks of cheese ( paneer?) so good! This fed 4 adults we all really liked it! Only comment we all agreed on was the naan was not as fluffy as we've had before it was thinner, almost crispy on parts, still enjoyed!

Never had Indian food, but Indian food my be my favorite food ever now. I had the butter chicken with a 7 spice level, rice, and garlic naan. The butter chicken was so creamy and rich and the spice level was the most perfect I've ever experienced. Garlic naan was a nice side and even was amazing creating tacos with the butter chicken! 10/10 recommended The service was quick and easy with the food being ready within 15 minutes of ordering. The restaurant was very Indian cultured which was nice and a very trustworthy sign you're getting authentic food. Was quiet, low music, and the smell of the whole building was pure food heaven!

I have now been to Spice Grill 2 times within a week so clear to say I really like it. We came in on a Friday night our first time and had no problem getting a table. It for sure seems that most to pick up then eating in since there were only a few eating end but we saw a bunch get take out. We started checking out the menu. I will say the menu isn't huge or nearly as been as some of the other Indian restaurants in the area but they did have what I was in the mood for. Our waitress quickly took our order. We started with the Samosas of course and got and order of the Chilli Paneer. For my entrée I got the Chicken Tikka Marsala and the Chilli Garlic Naan. Ashley got the Butter Chicken and the Tandoori Roti. We both went for medium for our spice. too after our waitress broke down their spice levels. Our appetizers came out within about about 10 minutes. The Samosa were very tasty. They were fried perfectly and were nice and hot on the inside. They also came with 2 types of chutney's. My favorite was the green/mint chutney but both were good. The Chilli Paneer was also very good. So much flavor and just the right amount of spice. Plus the Paneer has that great cheese squeeze too! Now for our Curries, both were amazing! I will say there medium spice was also great for me. Had just the amount I would want. Maybe a little too spicy for Ashley but just right for me. The curry in both were so rich and flavorful and our Naan and Roti made great work of getting every last drop of it. I also really liked that the Chicken in the Tikka Masala also seemed to have been roasted in Tandoor because it had those nice grilled/burned (flavor) marks. Our waitress was also extremely friendly. When I was back a second time my friend asked for a suggestion which she was happy to give. He got the Goat Kadai which he loved. The goat was so tender and I also got to try and I enjoyed it too. I will say it is on the bone so just a head up if that's something your not able but it for sure makes it more tender and flavorful. Our waitress was also thrilled that he and myself enjoyed it. Will for sure be coming back. Last couple tips: They have a Happy Hour discount of 20% off when you dine in Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5-7pm They have great prices on drinks. You did pay a little more if you use credit/debt so if that's not for you bring cash money.

Relatively new restaurant my husband and I were super excited to try! We came in on a Friday night and walked right in and got a table, we noticed there weren't many people in the restaurant. However, while we were there, tons of carryout orders were being picked up. The waitress we had was fantastic and answered some of my questions as well as advised on what heat level we should get so I highly suggest coming in and eating in the restaurant if you have the time. This restaurant doesn't have a the biggest menu, but they do have a good variety of options and all the things we had were very, very good so they are sticking to quality over quantity. As with most Indian restaurants, there were a lot of vegetarian options. However, my husband and I both decided to go for meat based entrées. I ordered the butter chicken as my entrée, and we split the chilli paneer and samosas as our appetizer all were incredible! With the Butter Chicken and Chilli Paneer I got the medium spice which provided a good amount of heat which would have been fine for one dish but was a bit much for both so I learned my lesson and will get one medium and one mild next time. A tip for the Samosas is use both sauces the complement each other so well. We also split an order of naan which was good but didn't taste any better or worse than other naan I have had. I am fairly certain I will be going here for dinner again tonight that will be the second time in three weeks for me and third time in three weeks for my husband.

Spice Grill Indian Cuisine opened its doors on Saturday 9/2/23, specializing in the popular Northern Indian dishes. It occupies the same unit of the former Tahkrai. Walking inside it offers a nice decor and ambiance, laid out with arts and wooden Indian sculptures. Simple and clean. I was immediately greeted by one of the staffs. Normally with most places, one will encounter a language barrier. Not here. The couple of staff I dealt with was nice and attentive. Food Impressions... - Butter Chicken (5/5): the curry was nice and thick and evenly spiced - Chili Garlic Naan (5/5): I decided to order and try this because not many Indian places in town offers a Chili Garlic version. Loved it. Nice spice that hits your palate. - Samosas (4/5): Their Samosas had that "Empanada" type texture vs the flaky type I'm used to. Inside filling were nice and fresh. My only takeaway that kept this a 5 star rating is the pricing. Despite having dual business hours of operation (opening at 11am-2:30pm for Lunch; then reopening at 5pm-9:30pm for Dinner), the pricing remained the same. For a Lunch "type" price point, I feel that's it's pricy. Aside from that, welcome to the Mandarin area. Looking forward to trying their other menu items.

2nd visit was good too! This time tried the lunch specials and the portion size was perfect.

Placed my order in the app, refilled my drink and waited by the counter along with another gentleman and lady. The young lady was being helped, even got drinks prepared for twice by two different associates. While the 3 of us waited, a door washer came in and quickly picked up an order as well. After about 10 minutes of waiting the lady got her food and was all set. It was just I and another gentleman still waiting on our food. Mind you, my order was for a single chicken sandwich only, and nothing else. After the lady got her food, I and the gentleman were asked what we were waiting on. We both responded and got an "oh, its ready". I never left the lobby between my dine in order and placing my to go order. So my sandwich sat there behind the counter waiting to be picked up the entire time I was standing there and not once was I asked or my name called out. Had I not been trying to get it to my husband in time so he wasn't waiting longer than necessary between properties he maintains, I would have had them remake it. Thats the only reason this is a 4 instead of a 5. Please acknowledge all customers in your waiting area instead of ignoring them while customer #1 is waiting as well.

Visiting my son & DIL this past weekend, both of my son's dining suggestions were wing-focused. But my vegetarian DIL (she eats some seafood) seemed to be more interested in Bonchon than the other potential spot, so I took her side to make our choice. I can usually find something to eat on any menu, in spite of my immature palette, and Bonchon was no exception. In fact, there are several other things I want to try now! We started with the Korean Cucumber Salad & Bao Buns with Pork Belly. No one that knows me will be surprised that the cucumber salad was much too hot for me. But here is something unexpected... I loved the cole slaw on the Bao Bun, and the sauces were complementary enough that the spice level was fine for me. I would definitely order the Bao Buns again, and try the other meats. For my meal, I ordered the Bibimbap with Bulgogi, and really enjoyed it. Their marinated beef was very tasty, and of course I love an egg on just about anything. Another (non)shock, I did not care for the Bibimbap Sauce because it was rather hot; I appreciated that it was served on the side. Hubs said the mushrooms & caramelized onions were very good, but I didn't eat either. Then I tried a Classic Crunch drumstick, and fell in love! Yes, I bit into it like y'all do, and ate the skin, too. What a delicious piece of chicken! I didn't even need a dipping sauce (& I can't remember what the boys chose anyway). My son insisted that I'd enjoy a Korean BBQ wing also, and I'm sure I would, but I was already getting full. Next time! Also for my next visit, my DIL got a Mopo Corndog as her appetizer (though she also ate a lot of the cucumber salad), and it looked amazing! The name was confusing (to me), but there is no hot dog inside, so I want to try one. Fried mozzarella & potato cubes! They have two versions, so of course I want to try both; although I'm rather skeptical about the sugar-cinnamon coating, I'm anticipating an unexpectedly delicious bite. Service was fantastic, although they weren't very busy yet on this Saturday evening. Our server was very attentive & friendly, and none of us waited for a new drink or refill. My son & DIL evidently visit often, so I'm sure we'll return. I wish we had a Bonchon location closer to us!

Inside, the vibe is half sports bar, half carnival ride. Bright colors, loud music, and TVs everywhere showing either skateboarding fails or chicken-themed commercials. Employees: The staff are hyped up like they just ate a whole basket themselves. They greet you with, "Welcome to the EXTREME!" and somehow make you believe this isn't just lunch, it's an event. Service is quick, friendly, and a little chaotic -- like your food might arrive with someone ringing a cowbell. Food: The chicken strips are the main event, and they are absurd. Each one is the size of your forearm, battered so heavily that the crunch echoes across the room. Flavor levels go from "Original Crunch" to "Atomic Blast." Sides include fries, onion rings, and something called Extreme Slaw (which tastes like normal slaw but comes in a black-and-red container). Sauces are plentiful, ranging from ranch to a Carolina Reaper dip that feels like a dare. Bathrooms: Surprisingly clean for a place this wild. The stalls are decorated with graffiti-style chicken art, and the soap dispensers say "Wash your hands... EXTREME!" Mirrors have neon frames, which makes you feel like you're in a music video while fixing your hair. Extras: They have arcade machines in the corner (mostly racing and shooting games), and the napkin dispensers shoot napkins at you with way too much force. Seating is sturdy, clearly built for people who plan to eat three baskets and then collapse. Final Verdict: Chicken Strip Extreme isn't just a restaurant -- it's an experience. Loud, wild, and unapologetically over the top. You don't just eat here, you survive it.

Wingstop pls improve before the cost of poor service gets out of hand.
