Great place to grab your kebab and baklava. I grabbed an Iskender kebab to go and it was delicious!

Located in the Apna Bazar mall off of beach boulevard, this gem is a must try spot. There were so many halal dishes and deserts to choose from. There is a dine in option with an open seating area which is family friendly . The staff was very informative and friendly . The shawarma dish was made to order with generous portions and a tasty salad to cleanse the palate.

This is hands down some of the best middle eastern food I've ever had. The meat was tender and salted to perfection, the pickled veggies were amazing. The homemade hummus and toum was on point. The bread was also fresh. I can't wait to come back this food made my day. The baklava was also some of the best I've ever had. This place is an absolute hidden gem.

Nestled in a food court next to a middle eastern supermarket, Istanbul grill and bakery has a wide selection of Turkish eats. We ordered a plate of grilled meats to share, along with some sujuk pide, knafeh, and baklava. while the grilled meat platter was decent, the pide, baklava, and knafeh were not great. Certainly did not compare to the quality we've had in Turkish restaurants in bigger cities. When you sit down at the tables in the food court, servers come and take your order. The service was slow and honestly not very good, I would've much preferred to have ordered and picked up my own food from the counter.

The food was excellent and the servings were of good portions. Since my friend was new to Turkish food. The waitress recommended that we share a mixed grill plate, and a falafel and hummus appetizer. She was very helpful and her recommendations turned out to be the perfect order. The gyro shaved meat was tasty and tender. The chicken shish and lamb Adana kebabs were also spiced really well and tender and juicy... not dry The hummus was creamy and the falafel was slightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The desserts I tried were delicious too. My favorite was the chocolate cream and hazelnut pistachio roll. I also liked the pomegranate roll. From what I could see and smell, the cafe was very clean. the actual restaurant is located inside the mall of Apana Bazaar

I ordered it though Uber eats and got the mix grill and everything was good! Tender and flavorful. I especially liked the chicken! It came with rice and a salad. I also got the bread on the side and that was also good. I did get the yogurt drink but it wasn't delivered.

A cool venue! Shoutout to our local community heroes! We were invited by my new friend Sara (Sadie) and she was very confident about the venue, because her Turkish husband recommended it to her. So it is always good to see the patrons of a culture cuisine visiting the venue that cooks the food authentically. It validates the food in my opinion. And I was right in this choice. The food was authentic. I ate at two Turkish restaurants back in Maryland and this venue was on point. It was convenient, polite service, great follow-up in the dining room area, and very knowledgeable about the dishes that we were eating. I hope to come back soon and try even more! I also want to go through their awesome store and buy some good groceries and snacks. It is like a one stop shop. I am blessed to have been able to enjoy this first visit with loved ones.

The cashier said they are the only Persian kabob place in town, and that style of kabob is my favorite. The rice was cooked nicely. The grilled tomato was a little too scorched on the outside, but I still enjoyed it. The platter came with a slice of lime, and a dab of butter which complimented the protein nicely. I wish my meal came with a grilled onion, and some pita bread like I'm normally used to seeing at other restaurants. I'm very happy that Jax has at least one good kabob place. If you love rice, or barbecue then I would recommend you check this place out. Credit cards: yes Customer service: the cashier greeted me kindly when I walked through the front door with a smile. I thought he did a good job. He was a young fellow with wavy hair. Parking: easy to find free parking in front of the restaurant when I went there on a Sunday afternoon. Cleanliness: it was clean. I didn't see the bathroom. Food violations: they do have some food violations that you can see on yelp. Hopefully they have that sorted out. The business owners need to stay on top of that.

Not to mention with that, the staff was still incredibly nice and took the time to not only answer my questions but guide me in the right direction. Our server was David, and he was so knowledgeable about each and every dish. He had great suggestions. The food is out of this world. The portions are big enough to take home another meal. We also found out that she is a dietitian and prepares all of the food without added sugar, other than the dessert of course. We were celebrating a special event in my mother's life, and David brought her a complementary congratulatory dessert. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. The whole experience was so nice that she's already determined to come back for her birthday.

For the longest time, I love the Combination Platter, which is what I normally get within either salad, rice or tabbouleh. The 30% off code - LOVETACOS - is good on the entire menu on Taco Tuesdays. I ordered the Shrimp Tacos (corn tortillas, lettuce, breaded fried shrimp, chipotle mayo, and cilantro) minus pico & they were great. The shrimp were freshly fried and steaming hot. I had to wait a bit because a large catering order was being finished as I arrived. The manager offered me a free Jarritos and apologized profusely for my wait. The floors were sticky and our shoes stuck to the floor. The women's restroom was out of order. The kiosks seem like a good idea but nobody there to ask questions or to get your drinks. If you can catch one of the two people working as they bring out orders you are lucky. The menus on the kiosks are pretty informative though and tell the ingredients for each item. Kiosk automatically adds 20% tip unless you change it. Considering you don't have any interaction with employees until they bring out your order other tipping options might apply. They cook to order which is nice except you don't get your drinks or your appetizers until it's your turn. There is a comment section to type no tomatoes or special instructions. Mine still came out with tomatoes but they promptly remade it for me. The food is pretty good. No complaints there other than having to remake one of my tacos. The chips and queso was pretty good. Chips were dusted with spices and served hot. We tried 6 different tacos and they were all very good. The tortillas were toasted on the grill which makes a big difference. You can get flour or corn tortillas. The chicken and steak were marinated before grilling and were big cubes and plentiful. The menu has a pretty big variety including a kids menu with chicken and fries. The last comment is their fountain machine for drinks. The coke tasted off. They may need to recalibrate it. Drinks are served in small clear throw away cups and the lids don't fit very well. Refills are hard to get. You have to wait for someone to come out of the back. If these small complaints don't bother you the food is very good.
