Walked In on a Tuesday morning asking for lawn chairs, the blonde lady want helpful meanwhile the owner reeked of marijuana and ultimately didn't help me find what I needed, when I purchased the flimsy chairs I carried every single one of them to the car this is why the McCintosh Family will not be shopping here and neither should you! please steer clear and just go to Home Depot Much better customer service. read more

We recently used Backyard Expressions to replace the chair slings to our six Tropitone chairs we originally purchased from them. They did the chair pick-up and delivery. The cost was very inexpensive. We had the new replacement slings because Tropitone used to allow owners to order new chair slings within 10 years of chair purchases and we did that after 9 years. Glad we did this and stored the replacement slings. The Tropitone chairs look brand new. read more

Don't know why anyone would go anywhere else! My mom had seen an ad for this place and suggested it when I started looking for patio furniture. I first went to all the chains... But being late in the season there wasn't a whole lot left. Finally made it to Backyard Expressions and so happy I did. They have a lot of really beautiful furniture to choose from and very good prices for what it is. This is affordable quality and that is what I was looking for. Also, customer service is a priority with me. The guys here, Jim and Brad, are great. They are very informative and helpful without being the least bit pushy. I was there Monday but I wanted to bring my mom back to check it out before I bought. Came back on Thursday and Brad actually kept the store open later due to my work schedule! Waited 3 weeks for a service call. 3 different times either they cancelled or just didn't show up. Finally got a young man to show up, he works for them 1 day a week. He didn't know anything! We knew we wanted quality, high end patio furniture for our new Yorba Linda home and figured we wouldn't be able to get that at Lowes, Home Depot, etc. We were driving through the city and saw Backyard Expressions so we decided to take a look. What a great find!! We loved their selection and the ability to select fabric exactly as we wanted it. We purchased a love seat, two swivel rockers, a high top dining table with two matching chairs and a beautiful fire pit table. The staff were so helpful with guiding us through the selection and design process. Just when we thought they could be any more helpful, we got to the delivery and set-up process. Coincidentally our order was scheduled to arrive in time for a party we were hosting. When we called to confirm the order would be ready we were told it couldn't be delivered until after the party. Something about the items being on a truck, but not unloaded, so not available to be delivered. Understandably I was disappointed. My husband explained the importance of getting our new furniture and they said they would see what they could do. Well talk about going above and beyond! They actually went to the location of the truck, found our items, arranged for them to be picked up and delivered the morning of our party! The set-up team arrived early and got everything put together very quickly! There was no extra charge for this - it was just a great business showing how much they care for their customers. We had 7 sling chairs and a sling lounge chair to be redone. Amazing work and they don't schedule the initial pickup until they get the new fabric. I purchased 4 patio chairs paid over $1000 expecting descent quality, Alex a sales person told me they would last 10 years even being exposed to the sun. I haven't had the chairs one year and they fixed it once already and it broke on the bottom. This place is very unwilling to work with customer, even after already having pictures from the first time it broke they were asking for pictures again, an employee goes on vacation and nobody follows up with the work. Even the owner was very rude and not courteous at all. I spoke to Sarah another employee and she asked if we were jumping on the chair?? These chairs have hardly been used, I have been better off buying Costco quality than these. Very disappointed at the quality and service. Very poor quality products at a high price!! read more
