Justin arrived on time and was very thorough in giving us his recommendations and an estimate for repairs and we ended up signing the service agreement with him on the spot. Justin was very thorough and polite and had great communication skills and addressed all of our concerns. He made 3 trips back to the job to make sure everything we had requested met our satisfaction. The price came in less than we expected and now we are back enjoying our swim spa for the summertime. I'm impressed with their after-sale service pledge for the products that they sell, that's rare in today's marketplace but this company has been doing business for many years and I think the key to their success has been they have a good product and they represent it well even after the sale. read more

Invested in a single person, full spectrum sauna. It fit my space and budget. It is really well constructed and simply attractive. It heats up quickly and I REALLY feel like a Million bucks after use. My recuperation from workouts has improved. My skin looks really nice. My joints seem to have improved range of motion. I stay in for about 40 minutes, as it heats up to around 138°. Cool to cold shower after and I feel like a 6 yr old kid after getting out of a swimming pool! I'm 75 yrs old (but, a fit athlete). Just had service on my Cantabria spa. I replaced 4-speakers, 2-small accent lights, and a diverter valve. The parts manager Michael helped me order the correct parts. He would send me emails updating me on the status. Once the parts came in, he called me and arranged a time that worked for me. The service man who came out (named Michael too) called me in the morning and went over the service before arriving. He arrived on time and ready to work. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. He made sure everything worked before he left. The parts manager (Michael) called me for a follow-up call a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I have to honestly say this company is next level in service. "You get what you pay for!" You may pay a little more, but the service and level of professionalism on all levels made it well worth it. The representative Kristi was very helpful from beginning to end and beyond and the owner Bob, was very helpful in making sure the process was successful in getting the swim spa delivered and giving me a great deal after the one i wanted had just sold out. They did not pressure me on their extended warranty and services. There were many choices and floor models to see. Its a very impressive and huge showroom store. Communication was great and they helped to correct an issue with a patio cover that just didn't workout for us. Our journey started over a year ago. We were shopping for a hot tub but not truly ready to pull the trigger. Ali showed us our options and answered all our questions. Fast forward to last March, we were greeted by Ali again. He remembered us and our son. We told him that we were looking for a hot tub that didn't have the built in seating and hideous jets. Ali showed us the Tresse Muse. It is a beautiful show stopper that had the bench seating and hidden jets. Still not ready to pull the trigger we left. Ali kept checking in periodically but not pushy. When we were finally ready to purchase, we also got a sauna. Delivery was about 6 weeks after we purchased since the sauna had to be made to order. Two men came with the items and started putting the sauna together while we waited for the crane. We were worried about getting the hot tub in such a tight spot. The crane operator was so nice and experienced. After the hot tub was placed in our yard, the two men set it in its final position. After everything was set up by our electrician, we realized there were no filters in the hot tub. Ali was quick to respond and even made a house call to drop them off. Browsed used options cuz of price, but just seemed too sketchy and wanted the peace of mind I was getting a new product under warranty. Pulled the trigger on a new tub cuz life is short and now that it's installed I haven't thought about the $$ spent. The memories to be made are worth it alone. Used it every night since I purchased. Ali gave me the Labor Day sales price even after the sale passed and still replies to all my questions. I'm in LA and went out of my way to visit their showroom in Anaheim. Ali was very transparent and knowledgeable in showing the products. We ended up going with the Freeflow Monterey premium. It's awesome. Ali even recommended an electrician for install which was super helpful. Only critique I have was the delivery service. Guys were super nice, but they asked for additional cash on top of the signed purchase price due to us having stairs on the property which was a little sketchy as I listed very clearly on the provided form that there were stairs. I called Susan about it and she said not to worry and took care of it. Overall, would definitely recommend Coastal Spa. If you're on the fence about taking the plunge--pun intended--do it! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Susan, the woman who answers the phone is consistently rude, dismissive, and quick to hang up, with no interest in providing basic customer service. I was charged the full $229 upfront for an evaluation of a portable used jacuzzi. The technician arrived later than scheduled and immediately stated he needed a hose on-site to fill the jacuzzi in order to assess it--something I was never informed about beforehand. Since I didn't have a hose, he spent about 10 minutes giving verbal estimates and left. He asked for my email to send a detailed quote the same day, but I didn't receive the quote that day. When I called the following day to ask about the missing information and the high fee, the woman on the phone was completely unconcerned. I explained that $229 was excessive for the minimal service provided, especially when others have had similar evaluations done for much less. Instead of addressing the issue, she told me they "should have charged $350" and acted as if they had done me a favor. When I mentioned that this level of customer service could hurt their reputation, she rudely said "thank you" and hung up. Overall, I received almost no value for the price paid, and the unprofessional attitude from the office was the final straw. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. read more
