It took 4 months to get a return processed. The owner Eddie and his wife Heather are both difficult to deal with and basically didn't return any phone calls and had only email correspondence. One might say the worst experience that you could possibly have. Eddie is only in control of the warehouse while the wife runs the show and zero communication with him after buying 3 beds totaling over 6k from him directly but when it was time to return a defective bed it was a nightmare and they were a nightmare. I would not recommend this place for my dog after all of their zero communication with another retailer who's been in business for over 90 plus years trying to help us get warranty for a bed that I purchased from Eddie. Truly clueless and classless how they ignored over 4 months of back and forth with them until then their wasn't any communication with Heather or Eddie. I called Ed personally and he was like I don't know anything about your bed and this is my personal cell your calling. Yes I'm aware Ed because you gave it to me. What a joke and a jerk. Did you think after I bought 3 top of the line serta Icomfort mattresses that I jut would go away and be quiet but thank god for these reviews to help the consumer know who your dealing with. People make sure when you buy a mattress or furniture that your business has been around for years. These guys were originally America's mattress now their on their own and don't carry 1/5 of the beds they had at that location. Once again know who your buying from because when you need service and they say we don't carry that here because this is a different store from the furniture space. If I could give zero stars I would but I had to put 1 star which is not my choice. Thankfully we now have a retailer who is all about customer service and have been phenomenal to work with. Maybe Heather next time you will answer your phone calls from my wife and myself and the other retailer that was helping us to rectify your mistake. Maybe then I wouldn't have to put you on blast so people truly know your like a car salesman once you buy it don't call us when you need help because you'll just get emails whenever they want to send one. If you are looking for a mattress look no further than this store. Eddie who owns the store is AMAZING!!!! Not only does he know everything there is to know about mattresses and will make sure you get exactly what you need but he is an awesome guy as well! We walked in and he greeted us and got us hooked up right away with the mattress we needed. We just simply told him what we currently had and kinda what we wanted then he showed us several different mattresses and told us the pros/cons of each. Doing the paperwork and the deal was easy and fast, also extremely fair as well. We had so much fun talking to Eddie that we stayed for about an hour after we bought the mattress just to finish chatting and showed up a bit late to our dinner plans that night. I wish someone had warned me, but do not come here! If you don't listen and still come here, definitely don't get the package they try really hard to upsell you on where if your mattress is stained it will still be eligible for the warranty. The warranty is a total scam and impossible to meet, so their "protection plan" is worthless. If you don't believe me Google "mattress warranty class action". Cliff Notes: Good- owners were friendly. Bad- my $900 mattress was seriously sagging after 4 months. I called the store and they referred me to the (bogus) warranty which means the mattress has so sag 1.5 inches WITH NO ONE TOUCHING it. I only care what the mattress does when I sleep on it. How could a mattress with foam and springs curve 1.5 inches with no one touching it? Long story short, it was a total waste of money. My wife and I weigh under 300 lbs combined and the mattress is totally sagging. Both of our backs hurt really bad in the morning and we're just going to bite the bullet and buy another mattress somewhere else. I would NEVER come back here. I hate writing negative reviews, but I really wish someone would have told me this before I spent my money here. **Edit on 10/31 - Eddie, I appreciate your response. #1 - I absolutely purchased my receipt from America's Mattress and still have the receipt. When I previously contacted the store I was told if the mattress didn't sag 1.5" without anyone sitting on it that nothing could be done. If I go to your store with my receipt would you offer any other remedy? I would happily do this and accurately update my review. #2 - There was a warranty offered. I'm not sure what else to say about that. #3 - I don't work for Yelp and don't know their procedures. But I know they usually remove reviews when they say a company is AMAZING and then never post again on Yelp. Be very careful buying a mattress here and definitely do NOT buy a used mattress. Bought 2 mattresses (twin and queen). Both were used (showroom model) and both were defective. Warranty wasn't recognized because although they measured the dip at greater than 1 inch--it must be over 1 and a half inches for warranty to kick in. Only reason I'm giving this a 2 star rating is the owner, Heather and their delivery people are very nice. However, the end result is I had no recourse but to buy two other beds from a different (national) store (better and NEW mattresses for two thirds the price as what I paid for their lousy, lumpy, defective, used mattresses!) and am very happy with the results. This store is too small, with too few selections. Stick with a company large enough to stand behind their product. Do your homework and do not buy the model version as you will have issues. read more

Spoke to Eddie I kindly asked for a refund of $100 and was flat out denied. My wife along with our newborn went in to shop around and were sold on a mattress which we put a security deposit of $100 down we were told that it would never be ordered until we pay full amount of course. Eddie said "sorry you didn't read the fine print" He was right... I was asking out of the kindness of his heart if he could refund our money and he flat out said no. It took me quite a while to find a mattress I was really happy with; after all, a really good bed is not cheap and I didn't want to be stuck with a mattress I didn't absolutely love for a few nights let alone years. Prices, Service, AND Honesty - The ONLY Place to Buy! First off, I do not take the time to write feedback for places because, well, most experiences these days are just mediocre and I have plain given up trying to fight it. HOWEVER, I feel compelled, especially after seeing that not many people have taken the time to give these folks the kudos they deserve, to share with you my experience on multiple online venues. I am in my early 30's, a very price sensitive shopper, and always do my research to get the best deal. I am never compulsive with my decisions, and will sometimes take months to reach out (online, local stores, etc.) to find the surest way to get the best value from my purchases. 5 years ago, I bought my first house and needed a new bedroom setup. After tons of research and stopping by everywhere from Macy's Home to ZGallery in the area, I was sent America's Mattress link by a friend of mine. I liked the idea of going somewhere local to buy my furniture vs. the chance of buying a high ticket item online and not knowing what I am going to get until it shows up (IF it shows up!). That next weekend, I swung in and met Eddie and Heather for the first time. There were some people ahead of me and I watch as these "tough customers" tried to insultingly offer something stupid like $50 for an entire bedroom set. Well, Heather and Eddie acted very cool and calm, encouraging them to go elsewhere for prices like that but to be aware of this type of shoddy craftsmanship here, or that extra fee most places tack on there, etc. then to come on back after they have done more research. Well, it was my turn and instantly we clicked! They quietly listened, offered multiple choices and price ranges; we quickly got to a consolidated, agreeable price that I knew, from all my research, was fair; and delivery was scheduled. Everything was communicated great and delivery was perfect. Fast forward 5 years to last week. I have been in the market for a new couch for the last 3 months. I had been looking online, talking with people, etc about what to get and where. Though I didn't think they had sofas, I went on their website and sure enough, there were sofas. I went in and surprisingly Heather and Eddie actually remembered me! The same process ensued and we ultimately came to the perfect sofa at a price that I know was great because of the time spent researching. The simple facts are they are very nice people focusing on making you happy with your purchase first and foremost. Additionally, they have items in every price range and are respectful to finding something that you are comfortable with. I know I am not the only happy person out there either because these folks have been in business a long time especially through some very challenging economic times that only repeat business and happy customers can get you through. We were shopping for a new Cal King mattress as our current was no longer comfortable and was causing some minor back ache. We did our research and first went to a major mattress retailer and tried out different mattresses, but were not really sold on their selection or their prices.
