When dealing with low Quality Controlled American mfgs like Nucor providing defective product which only shows up after installation or ripping apart the packaging --they leave the consumer holding the bag by refusing to accept any installed product or opened boxes. There was traffic and took me 30 minutes to get to this store and my painters had to stop painting as a result I was upset because it had cost me labor time when I got to this locationI was greeted by Raphael he listen to my concerns and was very helpful explained told me he would try as best as possible to match original color. Overall, their prices were lower than cheapest wholesale prices I discovered on the internet. There are so many options from stickers to beads, paint stuff, seeing stuff, wool, basically just about anything you can think of in arts. The staff is limited but very helpful. They are ever ready to answer your questions however basic they may be. You can get easily lost in their aisles creating projects in your head. I spent 2 hours and still could catch up only half the store ! Prices are reasonable. They have altered and in some cases completely removed their coupon options which could have been more attractive on the wallet , nevertheless, one or the other specials are always going on in store. Must visit again.
