Every once in a while baycliff will run out of things I need and I have to use this one in Santa Fe. This is the 3rd time this happened and I've learned that the online store lies about the inventory so I call and ask what they have. I've called about dog food and they said they had 10 bags and I found when I got there they had 1. Today I was looking for spectra I just ions for a litter of puppy's we had. The baycliff online said they had them so we went their and they were out so I called Santa Fe. They went to check and I was told they had a close box and 11 in another box. So about 38 total. I drove 30 mins to find out they had 0 in stock and the girl argued with me that another name brand was what I was asking for becuse it's what the barcode on the shelf said. I tried showing her the pic that was blue and what the label looked like and she kept telling me this was it a purple label with a different Company name becuse it was in the wrong place. The meds were two different company's and treated different things. I did buy some other stuff while I was there not meds and the cashier didn't know how to scan the loyalty card and had no clue how to work a gift card he kept telling me there was no balance on the card and I had to explain to him how to use a gift card in the store.
