In which I was told "I can't tell you that information". I then asked, "Well, about how much longer should I expect to wait?" And I was told, "I can't tell you that either". Though my question was framed in an inquisitive, respectful manner, neither response that I received was in a nice or welcoming tone that you'd expect of a hostess being the first person to greet your guests/customers; not even a "I apologize for the wait but it shouldn't be that much longer." On top of the fact that people make a reservation for a reason, you would think that they would also take into consideration that you pay for parking by the hour. Just all in all, better customer service could've made this experience better. Unfortunately the food didn't really make up for the experience. The most tasty thing I had were the small pancakes and the "Miami" frozen drink. AND definitely in agreement with the other reviews that mention how unbelievable it is that the bathroom option is OUT of the restaurant and all the way down by Bath & Body Works/near the escalator. However, the view of the water is dreamy and the food was AMAZING. THE BREAKFAST SANDWICHES, get the sandwiches, they are amazing. I know its breakfast, we love our eggs, pancakes and waffles which they do serve but that is not what they are known for. My hunny ordered the chicken and waffles($22) and said it was pretty underwhelming--couldn't compare to the infamous roscoes. However, I ordered the boujee sandwich $14 and it was hands down the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The croissant was buttered, warm with crisp bacon, avocado, egg and sauce.. BIG YUM!
