Idalia was a great stylist in and out of the salon, throughout the process she asked me questions about the products I was using and gave me recommendations on products that would help put my hair back on a much healthier journey. When I was being checkout she gave me her card which had her personal number so if I had any questions I could contact her personally. My hair was all the way down to my tailbone but not healthy at all, it was falling out more than normal, felt brassy and just absolutely disgusting. Now my hair feels healthy and happy. When it came to positioning, she made sure that I was all settled and comfortable prior to beginning the facial. She was considerate enough to ask if any scents bothered me that she should avoid. I did not realize how badly my skin needed Karla to work her magic!
