Worst pedicure I've ever experienced. Staff was extremely confrontational and openly rude once my sister asked to have her nails shorter. My nail tech did not clean under my nails even though I mentioned it. As pictured my heels do require special attention and it can be seen the one had 2 swipes with the paddle. The nail polish has bubbles, left unsealed and cuticles around toes were not trimmed to an acceptable degree. The massage was the tech aggressively rubbing exfoliating lotion in. Pedicures have always been a wonderful treat that even when not great I've still enjoyed. I unfortunately left this establishment feeling very uncomfortable and let down. Buyer beware.

Lee nails does the best job!. They are very gentle when it comes to nail bitters like me.

They do a great job with full sets and Gel polish!. They are also pretty gentle with your nails. If you are a nail biter like me, I recommend going there.

I was cut multiple times, because she was very aggressive on my hands. My daughters nails look great her tech did a wonderful job, which is the only reason I gave two stars.

Place was clean but the lady who did my nails asked me the same question 4 times (each time I answered the same) she cut three of my fingers open between digging her fingernails into me and filing my nails too hard (picture included) after I pinged out the she cut my fingers open she filed them more, and made me pay for my full set before she would paint my nails. I will not go back. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

I loved how they turned out. The lady was very respectful, but when I initially showed her what I wanted she said they did not draw designs they only did stickers at $5 per toe. For this I deducted one star. She must have seen I wasn't thrilled that I wasn't getting what I wanted and so she said she would try to draw the design I initially wanted. And they came out perfect. read more

ZERO STARS --- I asked for a full set with gel and they were completely uneven, mismatched, and crooked. The paint was supposed to be a French tip and had to be redone twice because the lines were uneven and looked terrible. There were streaks everywhere and they got paint and acrylic all over my hands. Rather than try to fix it they painted the whole nail and didn't even put a clear coat on top. I left devastated and returned 30 min later to get them removed. They refused to give a refund and I wasted 3 hours and $50 at this place for them to chop off my real nails, mess up the ones they put on, make me bleed, and shave down my actual nail far enough that I can't get fake nails until these grow out because they are to sensitive now. NEVER AGAIN. Do not go here. They looked at me like I was stupid when I told them they looked terrible. WORST NAILS IN YAKIMA. read more

I'm not sure why Lee nails has such negative reviews. I've been going here for about 3 years now and they are all super nice! They do a great job too! Yes, they make you pay before they paint your nails when getting acrylics only so you don't have to dig for your credit card and take the chance of smudging a nail or multiple. I've always gotten compliments on their work and have never left disappointed! read more

I really don't know either why the reviews are so negative. They have always been very friendly and accommodating to me and my young daughter. Very pleasant, and I'm happy with the work. I don't usually get anything too flashy, just want my nails to stand up to every day wear and tear and still be presentable. The price is comparable to other salons, design and color choice is extensive and, I get a minimum of two weeks wear per visit. I very rarely have to wait, in and out quickly. I did get the black polish with the cats eye effect for a special occasion and got several compliments. They have always treated me well. read more

This is my go to nails place in YAKIMA because it's nearby, a good value and open on Sunday. They are always kind to me. It's clean, relaxing and has a lot of chairs so they can accommodate when I go with family. read more

Very rude and unprofessional, I called ahead of time to see what time they were closing, and I went an hour , hour and a half before their closing time. I kid you not he did a fill in 10 minutes, I think I spent more time drying my nails then getting them actually done. DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more

WORST NAILS I HAVE EVER HAD!! They where so rude! They wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explain what I wanted. It was clear she was trying to make me pick something easy for her. Then when I picked my colors she didn't even do the right colors. They cut 4 of my nail beds and it hurts really bad. Dave your money and go some where else!! read more

Manicure only. Scruffy place. They used the nail grinder around my cuticles which left a ridge as my nails grew out. Lacquer applied really poorly. I complained to no avail. read more

He insisted that was too short and then he had to file them a lot after polishing to make them the length I requested which I need for my work. I had to ask him to go shorter several times. He begrudgingly filed them short then basically kicked me out and would not do my pedicure to match. Stressful and not at all relaxing. Won't go back. Poor customer service skills. Did not listen to the customer.

I got a a pedicure and a acrylic set. Literally right when I sat down in the pedicure seat she started clipping my toe nails. No soaking time at all! She has doing hand movements with the cuticle cutter next to the nail bed but not actually touching me. It was hilarious kinda, but I also thought does she really think I'm that stupid? The pedicure was like 15 minutes! I should have left after that but silly me, I got a acrylic set. She was in a hurry and when I asked her if she was in a hurry she got offended. She was carelessly sloppy and fast. I've never seen the so much monomer/powder SO runny! It was so runny and she was going so fast! My nails are uneven. I have acrylic bulbs under my nails, it's a joke and I tried to reason with her about the price/quality (lack there of) I still foolishly paid full price. Never again! I do not recommend going there whatsoever! Pictures shown are immediately after getting my set. I've never in my life had nails this bad. read more
