Unreliable and rude…read more I needed portable toilets for my wedding and reached out to a number of potential services in the Kalispell area because I was hoping to find the quickest turnaround that was offered from drop-off to pick-up. I spoke with Keith over the phone and he assured me that he could have the toilets delivered and picked up in the time frame I was looking for. After speaking with him, I also emailed him to confirm that I would like to move forward and to confirm the drop-off and pick-up details and payment. Keith responded by email confirming the details and explained payment would be due on arrival. On the day of our scheduled drop-off (and wedding!), the toilets were no where to be seen. After crossing my fingers and reaching out to Keith to confirm that he was on his way and perhaps delayed, we were told that he had no record of the reservation, that he was in a completely different part of the valley that day, and that it "wasn't his job to babysit his clients." He offered no apology and refused to be responsible for missing our reservation. Obviously, I did not get the toilets that Keith assured me would be delivered and that I was prepared to pay him for, leaving me in a very tricky situation on a day when the last thing I wanted to think about was actual poop. That alone deserves this 1-star review, but his response, refusal to apologize or be accountable, and overall awful communication made this experience exceptional in all the wrong ways. I would strongly recommend finding a different service, particularly if you don't like "babysitting" your vendors.

We have moved 16 times using professional movers. A-team was by far the best. The best way to know if you have good movers is when they arrive exactly when you expect them. Movers that are on time are an exception! Chauncey kept us informed all along the way. We moved across state. They packed us in NW Montana and delivered our belongings just south of Billings with no hiccups. Not everything arrived perfectly in tact. Accidents happen. These were insignificant and Chauncey made us aware before we could even discover it. The other companies never owned up to a mistake. He respected our relationship as well as our furnishings. I have one recommendation. My husband and I are older and definitely can't move things around like we used to. It would have been better for us to have more small boxes rather than fewer large boxes. Otherwise, the move was perfect. I definitely would (and have) recommend A-Team Moving.

This is not the same company that earned positive reviews. 2 weeks in, the entire leadership team and staff quit. We experienced poor communication, delays, and a lack of compassion and integrity from Lawrence. There were conversations that felt more like a criminal shake down than a professional company. After some long delays brought on by their team, we finally had gotten to the point of repair. We had provided a substantial down payment 1 week prior and insurance had sent 2 prior payments. We had no communication of issues with payment, when I received an alarming call from Lawrence. He told me if the insurance did not provide additional payment above the 30,000 they had already received Dayspring would again stop repairs, withhold my mothers belongings, and go after her for the additional charges. I was stunned! I had our adjuster call him and she explained that was not ok and after another delay repairs continued. They finally completed 1 week ago. 9 months and only 6 weeks of that was actual work. Awful experience.
