Lindsey got back to me within about 30 minutes of calling, and was able to accommodate my order for the following week. I told her the theme and she gave me some ideas for cupcakes, loved them, chose the design and made arrangements to pick them up the next weekend. Pick up was SO EASY, I just sent a text and she brought them to my car. They're packaged beautifully, super fresh, and ABSOLUTELY delicious. Walking in the place seems nice and organized. The person who helped us didn't have the best attitude but we looked past that as you never know how someone's day is going. We ordered a carrot cake flavor the name was something different though which I can't remember. We also ordered a gluten free chocolate. The frosting was exactly the same on both cupcakes and it tasted like straight butter. For the price of these cupcakes which was over 4$ they were also very small. I've been to a couple different cupcake places and they're normally a lot bigger for around the same price. I think a variety in frosting and more flavor would help this place and also a larger serving size for the price. read more

I am a homemaker myself and was Absolutely thrilled they make real red velvet cake not white cake with 2 bottles of red food coloring. Red velvet cake is a chocolate cake dating back to around early 1900's. Pink champagne cake is another classic . My favorite as a child. Cakes were moist. Frostings were not overly sweet. I wanted to try the bacon egg cupcake but will try that another time. Owners are very friendly and professional. This cupcake shop is a true gem!! They have so many flavors and each of them is exceptionally creative. The cupcake flavors change daily and they even have gluten free options, mini cupcakes and cake pops. The store owner was in the shop when I came in and was so friendly and welcoming. The shop itself is also spacious, beautiful decorated, and a comfy place to enjoy the yummy treats. When I visited Bada Bling Cupcakes they also informed me that they regularly hold events at the shop. Their next event is Xmas is July. I first went into the store on Halloween and it was so festive. The owners were dressed up, the store was decorated, and they had a fun game of a "prize" cupcake. The husband and wife apparently don't communicate well. He told me the only item they sell that is gluten dairy and specifically egg free. Was the brownies? Then the wife comes out and said she told me a completely different thing. The bottom line is he told me the brownies were egg free . period. I called and politely asked if I could return them that eggs are written right on the product. The husband said I could bring it back and he would refund me, but that he could not use the product after that. We're good at this point. Except the wife calls me back very angry and tells me she specifically told me something completely different than what the husband did. After they agreed to take it back. She is now saying no. Do they know anything about customers and customer service? Take care of your customers. If you're having a bad day, maybe stay at home. The husband made the correct call, maybe defer to him on future customer service situations. read more

Cupcakes have good presentation, however the owners seem to be hostile and were making prejudicial comments amongst themselves which made me uncomfortable. I heard them refer to African Americans as "Peasants" and even called the police on two very professional young business for trespassing on their premises and aggressive threats when they were minding their own business. I overheard the police saying the that the owner isn't a "nice guy" because he used racial slurs to refer to the gentlemen in suits. Obviously they can make a good cupcake but don't support the very BIPOC communities they help patronize their business. read more
