I arrived at my appointed time and was greeted by the front desk associate. I wanted to leave after her poor treatment of me. She told me about the 15 minute arrival time and I explained but she said they have to tell everyone that. Cool, but there was nothing I could do about it at that time. She was snooty and gave me the side eye when I glanced at my phone. Granted, it is difficult to communicate these days with masks on, but I felt she was frustrated with me by making her repeat herself on a few questions. Had I not had a more pleasant experience after this, I would not return. BTW the only paperwork was a one pager that took 30 seconds to complete. Dr. Meleski and her medical assistant were super nice and I absolutely appreciated their kindness.

Only two doctors in this office. It's very clean and everyone is nice, professional and customer-oriented. The office is very clean. Certainly no complaints in this area. The receptionist greets your quickly and professionally. We were seen almost immediately (2-3 minutes). The nurse is also pleasant and nice. She is efficient, knowledgeable and quick. My wife had blood drawn quickly and easily which is rare. There are usually some kind of issues but NOPE. Not with this nurse. She was attentive and funny. Dr. Meleski seems to be busy. She is not as personable as some doctors I've had but, she gets the job done. Overall, we are satisfied.

When she finally joined, and despite me saying "One second I'm pulling over right now", she immediately said we couldn't proceed because I was driving, ignored me, and abruptly ended the call within 10 seconds of joining - with 0 patience or willing to listen or care. It was very hurtful. When I reached out via message to ask what just happened and that I am pulled over now and ready, she responded by terminating me as a patient via letter. Her attitude throughout was condescending, rude, and disrespectful. This is not how healthcare professionals should treat patients, and I would not recommend her to anyone seeking any shred of empathy or care from a provider.

His nurses are so friendly and care for their patient's like they are their family. From the outset, any attempt to ask questions or participate in my own care was shut down. When I raised concerns about medications being prescribed and referenced the actual FDA labeling, the response was not clarification or discussion, but outright dismissal. There was no willingness to engage with evidence or explain clinical reasoning. Input from the patient was clearly unwelcome and seemed like she took any input personally. The interaction was tense and adversarial. The tone was defensive and combative, and I felt spoken to in a way that was dismissive and degrading rather than professional. Asking reasonable, informed questions was treated as a problem instead of a normal and appropriate part of medical care. What was most alarming was the complete lack of openness to being questioned or corrected, even when objective information was presented. That alone made me deeply uncomfortable trusting any aspect of the care being provided. To compound the experience, the billing felt excessive and disproportionate to the quality of care and communication I received, leaving me with serious concerns about priorities at this practice. I left feeling stressed, unheard, and shaken by how poorly I was treated for simply advocating for myself.
