My brother and I came here for the first time and Chris was the guy that attended us. He's a friendly person and made fun conversation as we did the recycling. We got there early so it was just us at the recycling site which was nice. We were able to get a coupon for the aluminum cans we had and it helped a lot. Beware brought 71 pounds of plastic and 74 pounds of aluminum cans and they paid us the price for plastic on all of it. Difference of about 45 dollars. They also don't give you a receipt. Wasn't like this a year ago or so. read more

Went here. Filled up 2 1/2 of their bins with aluminum cans. 1 of those bins of cans were all completely crushed cans. The other 1 1/2 some crushed some not. Plus 1 full bin of plastics. I should have weighed it myself. The last time I came here, I felt leaving the same way. Bamboozled. So I started going to the one on mission. They always seem fair at the mission recycling. But the day I went hear, it's cause it was more convenient since it's close to home. It's been awhile since I came. This load I brought wasn't everything. It was a quick run, thinking about the convenience. I load everything up for them, I turned to hand them my bins, and like a flash, they weighed my cans and plastics. They didn't even let me see the scale as it was painted towards the weigher. By the time I handed them my last bin, they were already throwing my load into their main center. I asked how much it weighed, and he stuttered and said, "oh I'm still adding it", then all of a sudden says, "19.5 pnds". I thought that seemed low. I asked, "Are you sure?" He says, "yup". They claimed to march any coupons to beat price. I had a coupon for $2 a pound for aluminum. He says, begrudgingly, " the most I give is 1.85". I didn't want to argue so I said fine. The whole lot I brought in gave me 45.25. So I decided to go to jurupa recycler for the rest of what I had the next day. I had about. Third of the lot I brought here. I was paid out $20 at Jurupa recycling at 1.70. A pound. Doesn't sit well with me that these guys are doing this to a lot of people.? Their math isn't adding up. I will never go to this location again. They will steal your money right in front of you. read more

Called and asked for what they pay for aluminum cans and plastic bottles. We spoke to Freddy on the phone and he told us what they pay, even told us they take competitors coupons up to $2.00 a pound. Just bring in the coupon. Took our cans and plastic bottles there within 30 minutes of speaking to Freddy on the phone, loaded our cans and plastic bottles took them to the scale after we had to put them in their bins ourselves. When it came for them to pay we gave them our coupon and they said they do NOT accept coupons. Told them Freddy told us on the phone that they do. Thats why we brought them our business. They spoke with Freddy about it and he lied about our conversation, went back on his word, and said he didn't say that to anyone. Felt like a "bait and switch" after they get you there. A dissapointment and will take our business elsewhere and others should too. Unfortuately for them it must be worth argueing over15 cents per pound and lose a customer. read more

Never had an issue going here until today. The man working there was very rude and uncomfortably stares at you the whole time. I filled my cans up and brought them up to the scale for him and he just stares at me and says aren't you going to put them on the scale? Ummm sir isn't that your job? read more

Prompt customer service by 2 gentlemen that were amicable and ready to assist. Wait was minimal, as the guys were both Johnny on the spots. All was good and appropriate as pricing was listed and bag weight was at a typical 15 pounds. Happy Customer! read more

I received a flyer for this new location so I decided to check it out. The employee was very nice and helpful. My transaction was easy and fast. It is on a dirt lot which may not sound fun but when the temperature was over 90 it was nice not to be standing in line for my turn in a hot parking lot. I will continue to bring my recycling to this location. read more
