Don't dump trash all over the place!!!…read more For a very reasonable fee, take your unwanted stuff to the badlands landfill to be responsibly recycled or disposed of. Very organized facility and easy to get in and out. It's only $10 for a full truckload of stuff!!! Way better than dumping it someplace and making the area look like shit!!! your guys closing time says 430pm I get to the scales after waiting in a 25 min line the time is…read morenow 4:00pm I paid my fee for a truck load of trash then I drive all the way to where you actually have to dump the trash and the guy that directs you where to dump at exactly tells me "I dont know why the guy working at the scale even let you pay to come dump"? I say why is that? He says because it's now 4:07pm and you are by yourself and you have to take off your tie downs off your tarp remove your tarp and then hand unload that load even if you hustle there is no way you will make it all the way off of our property before we close at 4:30pm then he says because if you are still on our property the second it hits 4:30pm you will be fined 60.00 so I say what do I do he says drive back to the scale house tell them to refund your money and you will be back tomorrow. so as im driving back to the scale house mad as hell I see one two three more trucks that paid to dump heading to the dump area by the time I made it back to the scale house I counted 6 more personal trucks driving to go put themselves in the same situation as I was in . what a waste of time I drove 35 min to get to the dump waited in a 25 min line to get to the scale house another 10 min driving to where you dump then 5 min of an explanation of what I need to do to not get fined 10 min drive back to the scale house then they made me wait 10 more min for my refund . then I had to drive 35 min back home again and all that time and gas was wasted for nothing. you guys got to do better if thats the case do not let people in after 3:30pm and put it on a sign so its known

I arrived a little after 3:45 PM before closing, but was denied service. If the actual cutoff time is earlier than what's posted, it would be helpful and more respectful to customers' time to clearly state that. A notice indicating a 3:45 PM cutoff would help avoid confusion and unnecessary trips. (I went to two different Sunset Recycling down that were down the street from each other and I was denied at both of them)
