I've used these guys twice and I've gotta say they're great at what they do…read more The first time I had my Dads Lincoln and I'll be the first to admit I waited for a while on the side of the highway But when the guys showed up they were quick to load the car onto the boom and take off The car got to my shop with no damages and the price was fair The second time I had my Dodge Dakota and my ball joint snapped The truck was on the floor and I was stuck but once I made that call the same guys showed up in less than 1/2 an hour and even waited patiently while I cleared up some space to fit it into my shop. They're a small run family business but I'd reccomend them 10/10 times No tow is gonna be cheap let's be real but these guys are good at what they do and they've earned my loyalty and my 5 stars

The driver lies about the ETA all the time, every time I called to get and update on where he was he said he was going to be there in 30 minutes or 15 minutes. I called On Star around 8:55 PM and got picked up around 12:40 AM. This is not even a "fair" service. Worst experience ever. I rather pay overpriced that have this service again. That day I lost more than $200 because I was unable to get to a concert because the towing truck took forever to get to us. These are some of the very serious deficiencies from Ted & Stan's: - Lies to the customer about their ETA - Won't answer the phone. I had my boyfriend to call him because he won't pick up when I called. - Arrived and didn't introduce himself. I had to approach him and ask if he was the person I was waiting for. His reply: "Do you think I would come and pick up your car just like that?" - The truck smelled like marijuana. Can't say he was consuming but the smell doesn't come from the air. Honestly, it was a really stressful night and your service didn't make it easier.
