However, I noticed the feature has been turned off in the Clover App for several weeks now, and I figured since it was midday Saturday, it would be safe. Wrong. The place wasn't busy, but many people were waiting and it took a looong time, even tho I only ordered a plain bagel with light cream cheese and a coffee. Several people that came after me got their food before, and what normally takes 3-4 min, took almost 12. Plus my order had to be remade because the lady prepping it accidentally toasted the bagel. I wrote it off as an off day, but came back on Sunday and had a similar experience. Needless to say, I'll keep coming here because the facility is super clean and I love their food, I just hope they get it together and reopen the Order Ahead option!

It was a sweltering 93 degree day, and I walked to order a simple lunch here. Oh and I needed caffeine. As I walked in I found it so quaint. I went up to the counter and found a beautiful soul. I spoke to her letting her know about my food allergies. I asked her about the bread ingredients and she so sweet and very patient. I grabbed a coffee, bottles of water and soda / pop. She knew I was at the local hotel, she asked if I was going to walk back and I said yes. She said no you are not. I have to go get gas, I'll take you. I said no, not to worry. I grabbed the heavy bag and remembered the heat. I said, I'll pay you. She wasn't having it. She drove me back to the hotel. I learned that she is the owner! This is what I say is the best, most beautiful thing a restaurant could ever do for her customers. The ham and cheese were excellent. The coffee was so good. Barbara THANK YOU!!!! The location is quite new with all the well maintained touches that a modern bagel place should have with particular nod to its nice patio area outside, fit for a later month. The staff are very responsive and quick and the exciting interior begs for a discovery of their many many items well beyond bagels and breakfast into the lunchtime, too. The menu creatively uses bagels to launch into a wide array, taking what is the customization and classic ingredients of a classic bagel place with all the modern ideas of so many food cultures. After twenty I went inside and when I asked if my order was ready (not even started) the owner came out and started yelling. He blamed the ordering site and even blamed the governor for limited people inside. I explained I had just wasted 30 mins of my lunch and he said "that's not my problem". I was so shocked that I didn't even notice until it was too late that neither of them were wearing masks. Chicken sandwich was not fully cooked and the soup was not good at all. Other sandwiches for coworkers were good.
