Really enjoyed coming here when we lived in Watsonville. The bagels are yummy and they have a variety of spreads and sandwich menu options. They don't have inside seating but have a few outdoor tables which my kiddo likes to sit at when we visited. They also have a coffee menu, drip coffee, espresso, sweet blended drinks, smoothies, and a selection of pastries. Eclairs, muffins, cookies, etc. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday(Sept. 2023), which I ended up canceling the party, and forgot to cancel the cake. But it was okay because we still got to sing her happy birthday, and I sliced the cake and put it in the freezer, and we enjoyed it over the next couple of months. Chocolate with strawberry. The frosting is more like a cool whip, not buttercream or whipped cream, but it's actually really good and I'm kind of picky with cakes. Recommend trying here. It took over 30 minutes just to get a simple bagel order, even though the shop did not appear overwhelmingly busy. Staff seemed disorganized and there was very little communication about delays. Good food only goes so far when customers are left standing around wondering if their order was forgotten. Bagels are so easy to get around here. If you want some fresh ones then you should probably order from this place. I stopped in right after my gym session. Such a great spot!! I ordered the spinach omelette bagel and it was delicious!! It was hearty and filled me up, they are doing something right here because whenever I go there's always a line out the door. Horrible customer service our order was given to someone else and when this was addressed, the cashier/clerk was super rude and threatened to call the cops on our 2 teens that offered to pickup (with the receipt), instead of apologizing for her mistake or offering a solution.
